I could sell my 1150 sq ft (up and down) 2 story house with a nice suite downstairs and large front yard and back yard garden, double garage, half way completed downstairs renovation for $350,000.00 Canadian and still have to pay and extra 25.k euros to buy this. So I guess Italy is a no-go for me because I would lose too much money. A very low Canadian dollar ensures people won't leave a totalitarian wannabe Canada. Italy is so beaureaucratic though, with so many rules for everything. It reminds me of the old pop song, "Do this don't do that, can't you read the signs." Canada is following suit with extreme bureacracy, but is moving socialism more toward China. I'm looking for places to immigrate to, but will have to choose a different country. But I do enjoy your lovely personality and wish you all the best there.
This is a very desirable and pricey area. Look on Idealista in Calabria. You will be surprised. Be aware though that Canadians have some restrictions due to reciprocity laws enacted in Canada that are then automatic in Italy. While there is bureaucracy in Italy, a LOT of things there are way better and easier than in Canada or the US. Do some more research. You don't want to miss out .
Lovely 🎉THANK YOU
You are so welcome!
This place is gorgeous, just saw it
I love it! It has some really great design elements!
Whoever redesigned the interior has impeccable taste! 👏 I also love the red-stained, double paned window frames with storm doors.
They did a fabulous job and I love the views from every window!
How many square meters is the apartment?
60 square meters plus a roof terrace.
Stripped of original personality and street noise would put me off, but the remodel is tastefully done so someone will enjoy it I am sure.
It is perfect for. someone whoo wants something modern and turnkey.
What price is this please?

I didn’t see it either but it’s included in the description below the video.
Thank you!
