One of the things I like best about watching your videos, Giorgio, is showing people that great deals can be found in many beautiful areas of Europe...no matter your price range. I'm partial to Italy and Spain for retirement, and you've made me aware of some areas I would have thought were out of my price range and worthy of checking out next Fall. Now, if you can find that dream apartment for me along the banks of the Arno in the heart of Florence for under 400K I'll vote for your sainthood.
