Tirokafteri | Spicy Feta Ingredients
300 g (10 oz) Greek Feta Cheese
150 g (5 oz)
50 g (4 tablespoons) Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 jalapeño pepper (or spicy long hot)
1 garlic clove
Red pepper flakes

we lived in Greece for more than 10 years. My son was saying how he misses tirokefteri so I will surprise him tomorrow with some. I will make some falafel to go with, I know, not Greek but I lived in Israel & love both. Thanks.
