I've moved into a flat with gaps in the trunking behind the toilet. Never had so many spiders to deal with in a bathroom 😭

This is so helpful, I’ve been looking for a toilet that doesn’t exist that would fit the boxing I already had 🤦🏼‍♀️😂

hi enjoyed the video, you mentioned MDF isn't the best for this job, what would be better? plywood? im asking as im going to try this in a couple of weeks. thanks

What I was really referring to was the mdf that I used. You can get mrmdf (moisture resistant) which would be better although the stuff I used is OK if edges are sealed and it's had a couple of coats of paint for protection. Plywood is good to use but again it still needs protecting.
It's like all wood, moisture can get in if it's not protected in some way....... what I'm saying is if you think there's a chance of water ingress then make sure that area has been well protected otherwise the wood will expand.
Glad you enjoyed it, thanks for watching.

Hiya, It's just a scrap piece of wood I used, put a point on one end and drilled a hole approx 100mm front the point.
