INGREDIENTS:
3 chicken breasts
Salt and black pepper
1/4 cup / 30g flour
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp unsalted butter
3 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp dried oregano
Red-pepper flakes
1 cup / 240 ml low-sodium chicken stock
1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, packed in oil
Fresh basil
3/4 cup / 180 ml heavy cream
1/2 cup / 45g grated Parmesan

Made this today (1/28/2024) and it was delicious! I served it over potatoes (because I have a potato loving family 😊) with green beans. I substituted chicken broth for the stock because that's what I had added baby bella mushrooms. I also added Poultry seasoning to my chicken. This was such an easy and delicious recipe. Enjoyed it very much. 😋❤️

I make this dish but add onions with the garlic and saute then add spinach to the cream. I don't like tomatoes so I don't add that. I use heavy whipping cream it is the best recipe I have ever made! Also can add white cooking wine with the sauce for a more flavorful experience. Rice on the side and Bam-awesome!
can i ask the difference between a heavy cream and a heavy whipping cream in terms of taste?

Relatively new to your channel. I have to say that you are a freaking GENIUS keeping the NAT (natural) sounds of your family (husband(?) and children) audible in the background. It really adds an element of home cooking authenticity to the entire piece. Brava!!!

I like this recipe, but I think I'll replace the sundried tomatoes with mushrooms. Always loved mushrooms with chicken. I think it will go REALLY well with the cream also. Yum!

Nowhere in the recipe or video states the macaroni pasta noddles, but they appear in the final plate. Do you add these separately after cooking them in their own pot or are they added in with the broth and cream to cook that way?

Read the description, she mentions different ways to serve it, with bread, pasta, rice. Doesn’t matter.
