Dude if you ever get the chance you HAVE to check out some Eminence CV-75’s, i think you’d really dig those speakers! They’re like a Greenback mixed with a V30 so you can really get a lot more midrange presence but still keep that high end sizzle at the same time. Really cool set of speakers i need to get another set for my Orange 4x12. 😩

The Vintage 30 sounds to me as the most persistence tone for Randall amps. This snarly agresive tone does so well in the mix.

I ran a RG100es into V30s and Jaguars and man I love how sharp and snappy the v30 sounds. Especially with those big thick Randall Cabs

T75 then the 30s. I would maybe think the 75s are the most versatile maybe? The other 2 produce a unique sound, which def sound awesome. It thats the sound youre looking for

I Just tried recording with a jaguar speaker... To me... They feel distant... Not present. Needs a lot of eq to bring them up front.

I love them. They have less upper-end presence, but they've got a very nice scoop in right part of lower mids that makes them sit very nice with the drums and bass without losing the low-end thickness. They're great for low-end heavy death metal tones.

It's V30 or bust , especially in an orange cabinet. Never heard such a crushing tone in my life. I did however like the T-75 speakers in the Ampeg cabinet I used a few times as well.

I pulled the V30s out of my PPC212, Its now loaded with a G12M-70 and a G12H100. Cheers.

@jww732 it's definitely an improvement, it's more open now, with highs and lows, I found the V30s to be congested in the mids.
