Centralised Dust Extraction system by GPT-INDIA

Combination of Cyclone & Pulse jet Bag house is a very effective solution in extracting coarse as well as fine dust from the dust laden air. GPT-INDIA has succesfully installed centralised dust extraction system in one of the rubber industries in India to suck all dust emerging during production process.

Why did you choose to place the bower before the dust collector?

Hi it depends upon the application. In general, it is after the Bag Filter only but then there are certain application requirements where you don't have to give more suction & unnecessary increasing the power consumption especially when the coarse particles have already been collected inside the Cyclone. In this case, the application is collecting & recycling the rubber dust. So you only have to break the moment of inertia of the air stream so that the fine particles get collected inside the Pulse Jet Bag Filter However, the Blower should be capable enough to handle the dust coming in contact with the impeller.

It is suitable for processing nonmetallic minerals such as calcium carbonate, calcite, Kaolin, clay, barite, talc, gypsum, limestone, calcium oxide, bentonite, dolomite etc.
