I LOVE THIS BAG. The Dionysus also genuinely looks like such a super luxe bag and the price point is fair.
The awesome thing is that I have a friend that used to work at an online department store that sold Gucci and I got it for less than $1000 😦 so it really is a “fair” price point for me 😂

I got the small size one with 2 compartments and absolutely love it. I got it by mistake, never be on my list before but my best friend wanna sell her bag and I bought it from her. I never regret getting this bag. Very stunning bag and love you video btw.

The Dionysus is also the first luxury bag I purchased (in Rome). Mine has the red lining which I truly adore❤It’s also around 4 years old and has held up quite well. I’m planning to buy my first LV bag this December so your videos are truly helpful❤

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this bag! It's always nice to see a review of a product after some time of use, esp when it comes to luxury items with a hefty price tag. I've been on the fence about this bag for a while now, but while I still love it, the chain strap always stops me from going for it. And now I think I've talked myself out of it because of the strap! For me, comfort can't be compromised 😆
If you are sensitive to chains I would not recommend this bag...If you wear it without a sleeve it really hurts :/

This is the perfect size! The only reason why I’m leaning towards the wallet on chain is because I want it to be more versatile. But damn, the mini is PUR-FECT.

I have always loved this bag. I'm contemplating on buying this or a ysl lou lou in beige/cream. I'm having such a hard time deciding. I will enter nursing school next semester so I will not be able to buy a luxary bag for a while.
I would say if you really have the money saved and you really want one... why not? Nursing school is hard to get accepted into... Reward yourself :D The bags will only go up in price unfortunately BUT you can find YSL discounted!!
This will be my first luxury buy and I’m not going to talk myself out of buying it anymore. I had a had a hard time choosing between this one and the super mini cause of the price point.
I did the same thing regarding the mini/super mini and am so happy that I got the mini!!! It holds a TON more. It is worth the extra money (especially if you want to use it for a long time)

I have never had that problem with my bag with being heavy on my shoulders but I don’t carry a lot because it’s so small, the only thing I hate is the chain gets stuck also I have learned I hate suede and will never buy it again but I love this purse so much it’s so pretty and girly.
I have a mini Faye from Chloe with suede elements and I should have known from that bag that suede isn’t for me. It’s so dang sensitive 🥴

I would say it might be VERY VERY snug. I have the regular 11 I believe and it is already snuG!!
I watched another review video about the same product and that person showed some raindrop marks on the suede of her bag. You said your bag has gone through rain and snow. How heavy was the snow/rain when you wore it? How did you take care of it to keep it mark-less like that? Did you use some kind of suede protector spray?
I live in WA and it rains most of the time here so very hesitant to get this bag.
The suede can be a nightmare if you are not careful. I am from Florida but live between Germany and Florida. It rains quite often in both places and I have worn this bag in both places (in the rain). Granted it wasn't a storm or HEAVY rain and I had an umbrella but the bag still got wet. I usually have a microfiber cloth with me everywhere I go and when I see a drop of water I wipe it off. I have taken this bag to the club, in the snow, in the rain, to the beach, and the list goes on and it still looks fantastic. I don't recall if I used a suede protector but if I would use anything it would be the Michael Kors rain and stain protector- the key is to not drench the bag because it will change the color of the suede or leave a mark. I also think it depends on the person. I am not that "frivolous" with my bags (even though I wear them in the rain). I try to take care of them as much as I possibly can and they usually hold up.

What's your phone? Is the iphone 12 fits in there? Does its have a front pocket under the red suede?
11 pro I believe... and it fits. It’s a little snug but it fits.
How long do you think this purse would last ? How many years?
Are you referring to trending or wear and tear? I got it I believe in 2017 (I always forget) and I think it has very minimal wear. I take very good care of my bags though. When they aren’t being used they are stored and stuffed etc etc. I believe if you take very good care of the bag it could be a lifetime bag.
What size is that , as there is a small version and. Mini version and a rectangular version
This is a mini. The smaller size is a super mini.
do you feel that the emblem head is silver or more a dark silver to antique silver? i was in store the floor model emblem head on the mini was silver a light shade but the rep pulled a new bag from the back of the gucci store and the emblem head was noticeably a little darker, darker silver antique color.
It is darker to me...or at least "antique" looking compared to other silvers. I do think that most of Gucci metals are more "aged" compared to the rest of the luxury brands
Funny, I just recently purchased the Dionysus WOC and when I got home I noticed the tiger head closure was very dark. There was a lot of that black antique-ing paint on it. I went back and exchanged it for a brighter one. 👍🏼 The whole line of bags is just gorgeous!
