Soooo love the dionysus. I was browsing through whether Gucci replaces missing swarovski and saw 1 response in the comment section (I prefer them to send me a replacement rather than waiting 6 mos to have it replaced)

I have this bag in the black version. The crystals do fall out, and two crystals on my bag did (I have mine for less than a year). What I suggest doing when that happens is contacting Gucci and asking them to send you the crystals instead. I talked to two SAs...the first one told me that he’ll send the bag to Italy and it’ll take about 6 months....which is ridiculous cause it takes less than a min to attach the crystals, all u need is super glue. The second SA said she can just send me the crystals, and she shipped a bunch of them just in case other ones fall out too. So far, my bag still looks brand new even tho I changed the crystals!

Oh no, that’s sucks! Thanks for the tip though. I wouldn’t want to wait 6 months to get my bag back. That’s ridiculous. I barely wear my bag and I’m extra careful so prayerfully mine don’t fall out.

great video! I just ordered the mini and this one. The mini fits nothing. Not even my iPhone 11. It would be ok for a small clutch but other than that, not much fits. I am waiting on this bag and I hope I like it. It's beautiful. Not sure if ill decide to keep both or just keep one over the other because I would use it more for a clutch-type for them.
I was planning to buy the mini and went online to purchase the mini but then i saw that they sold the small and the bling on it sold me right away! I wasn’t sure wich color to get the black or the brown but in the end went with the black option with the bling cant wait for it to arrive

Thank you for this review! I'm considering this bag but with the black suede trim detailing and it's so exquisite! Can it also be worn as a clutch, handheld? I'm wondering if it can double as an evening style.
Also, do you think a nice sunglasses case or a mirrorless camera could fit in this, if there's not much else in there beyond a lipstick or compact or something tiny?

I love yours more than mine. My tiger head doesn’t have any stone when I got mine the SA didn’t mention anything about this one and I can’t wear mine cross body
This one is a better newer design with the crystals closure, smaller size and option to wear as a crossbody. There’s another Dionysus Small that is the original with the classic closure and bigger size. Sounds like that might the one you got.

I just got this bag and was wondering if the metal chain will set off the metal detector at the airport? Has anyone travelled with it and had issues?
I’ve traveled and haven’t had issues but you have to put your bag through the belt scanner at TSA. It doesn’t stay on you.
