I’m from Wrexham and we’ve never had such optimism for our future. It’s not just what these guys have done for the team, it’s what they’ve done for the town itself. Jealousy from others is understandable. We are lucky to have these passionate and decent guys behind the club.
Well its a Welsh team in English league, we all knew it would come, but to be fair it goes to show the neglect in the towns up and down the country , pepole just want some optimisem and belief, and the best for their towns.
@@sonofanarchy6628 3rd oldest founder members of fa of course they play in english welsh or not its a united kingdom
Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhanney did not just buy a football team. They have adopted a whole town. There are few people who have EVER gone as far as these two have to improve a club and a town as they have. If they use their fame to promote that, so what. People need to stop criticizing and maybe look at themselves. What have you done to improve anything? Put up or shup up.
YES MATE YES ✊✊👏🏻👏🏻 FROM W.X.M.
I love them both and I appreciate the fact that they care about and respect the sport. They clearly don't intend to cause controversy; they simply want to be involved. They're passionate about it, there's nothing wrong with that. Their names and status will always come with naysayers.
As a former 25 year Player in NYC SOCCER LEAGUES I come to you to tell this team and this Town that we are staying together until the end .
Don't let what happened to Leicester City happen to you !!
Stick together and not only will get free drinks for life in any pub in WREXHAM but theyll erect statues to you and the Dragons !!
You have an opportunity to become Immortal for just believing that Hell yes !! We can do this and dreaming big .
Moving up the pyramid within the rules as fast as possible. Only the envious would criticize that.
Yeah I don't like it, and I'm envious. We at Argyle could be playing you next season. Hope not, but we'll see.
@@adamcarter2979 Not quite "playing me." I live in the USA and I'm focused on Wrexham's quest from a strategic perspective. I'm surely cheering for them. As for you, if Birmingham doesn't beat Norwich, Argyle will remain in the Championship. I wish you and your team well on Saturday.
@@adamcarter2979 Congrats on staying on the Championship!
@@brent4723What a day! Beat Birmingham please! 🎉
People crying foul are doing it out of pure jealousy. They wish the owners of their favorite club would do the same thing.
Where is the full interview?
Trust in Rob and Ryan!
Both legends. End of.
They must have been so happy to see that you asked the "Music Editor" to do the interview.
Hello Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney! Thank you for your support of world soccer. Although it has been many years since I have put on the cleats and shin guards myself, I have always appreciated how all professional athletes, particularly in soccer, discipline themselves to achieve greatness.
I just got my tickets to see them play against our hometown team ( Vancouver Whitecaps). I can't wait ! Good luck Ryan but we're gonna win. 😊
The green eyed monster is always around.
The one eyed purple monster isn't worried about that green eyed monster tho
They are not just investing in the club. Their documentury is so much more. I started watching because of the football, i continued because they had episodes about other things.
More shows like this, ladt chance u and sunderland till I die and less about top teams luke Arsenal, Manchester City or juventus.
Their documentury is one of the best ever about wales.
A Music Editor is asking about Sport. Fantastic. I'm sure she is quite versed in the Pro/Reg system.
Great Point by the Interviewer, she said it right" the Premier League do it all the time". but they cry about Wrexham.
Grow Up!!
They have done wonders for a town that 10 miles in bala and house called bryn gwin and belonged to mothers family of Abraham lincoln
I know Bala well . Lovely part of the world . Great people as well in North Wales

The FPP is there to stop unscrupulous owners spending a fortune to get clubs promoted and then bleed the club dry. These 2 have put Wrexham on the world map of football and bringing in money. Where they csn afford to Invest In better players while keeping within the FPP rules
That’s such a moronic question to ask, she is trying to create a non existent narrative “some people say”, ok well, “some people say her journalism style is lazy and void of any real content”
Dont be an idiot, all this interviewer did was give them a softball question so they can address the criticism head-on, and you're going after her?
Buying players is not wrong.
Wtf is a music edditor doing interviewing two actors about football. Usa today has a good sports writer group, use them.
Really dumb question!
Really Dumb!
Aren't there any real reporters out there anymore?
They will be in the Premier League in 5 yrs if not sooner.
It's going to take them a few goes to get promoted from division one. If they get into the EFL Championship then we are looking at least 5 years just to get acclimatized to this league. It's a whole different level in this division. Their first few seasons will be just to survive relegation. Personally, I don't think they will ever get to the Premiership. Reynolds and McElhanney will eventually concede to this and sell the club to new owners stating that they cannot take the club any further.
@@larey12WTF
@@larey12 I agree. Got nothing against Wrexham and think they're doing a fantastic job for both club and town, but the Championship is an entire different ball game to L1. They'll be competing against clubs with far better resources and financial backing. Even saying that, they'll still need to compete next season with the teams that have been relegated to L1/already established L1 clubs if they want to have another crack at promotion. I do think they'll have a better side than a good few in that division, though. However, it is still yet to be seen if they're good enough to push that far yet. I still wish them the best of luck and hope they can make it as far as they can. I don't understand the hate. They're celebrities and get a lot of media attention, but they seem to care about both club and community. The latter is enough for me to know that they're genuine.
@@larey12 Neither Rob nor Ryan will concede to that possibility for at least a decade. You may be right, but it won't be for lack of trying. Soon Wrexham's novelty with the general public will abate, but these two are strategic thinkers who are planning financially for that moment. The increased valuation for the club will provide considerable collateral to finance the construction of increased stadium capacity, but taking on debt for that will be only a last resort.
@@brent4723as soon as Wrexham struggles or it “isn’t fun” anymore I see Rob getting out ASAP,he seems very sensitive.
Don’t criticize Rob he will cry or get more plastic surgery. If wrexham starts to struggle I’m guessing rob leaves ASAP
What the hell are you on about troll. Seek help
I love what they’re doing for our club. Haters can suck on this.🖕🏻
Why would someone suck on your middle finger?is that a welsh thing?
