I love this tripod. It has made me slightly less unprofessional when I’m filming in front of my sleeping children. Best sticks in the game. Great sticks

I just bought the tripod with the early bird discount. Haven’t used it yet, but I like the size and weight. However, I noticed the center column is flimsy and the pan has no drag resistance. Thanks for the review, Vu.

You can never have enough tools. I have the Ulanzi Zero Y, smaller, lighter, but less sturdy, no video head. All look good though. Thanks.

*I have the Ulanzi Ombra too replace my K&F tripod and it's an AMAZING tripod and it's lighter and the latch system for the legs is WAY better then those Grip and Twist Ones and since I already have the Falcam F38 system and just ordered another base for my other Stands but i LOVE the build quality*

Feels like my next tripod. I already bought Tamron 20-40 2.8 based on your recommendation and love it. Would be perfect if it were parfocal but no complaints about that within its budget range. I bought Ulanzi phone holder several years ago for a few bucks and noticed that it's sturdy and just looks good, based on the video tripod feels similarly. Did you find the Maximum Height of 142cm extended enough in all situations? Two wishes to improve are to have a max height of 150-160cm and one leg unscrewed to transform into a monopod, using it this way from time to time. Thank you for sharing your experience and recommending solid stuff with the best value for the buck.

Any issues with their quick release plates. If anyone would see the drawbacks after real world use, it would be you.

I tested Fotopro and Ulanzi and the clampshell mechanism is way more trust-inspiring than the turning mechanism on the Fotopro. The Fotopro is much lighter though. I reviewed them on my "highly professional" channel.
How does it feel height wise at 55 inches does it feel to low? I have been looking for a good travel video tripod to carry as a main tripod for when i have to fly and cant bring my heavier rigs this seems handy with the tools in the handle
Not too low for angled wedding shots or corporate interviews. If you have to shoot over people standing then yes. It's too low
