- பொது சிவில் சட்டம்: குறிப்பிட்ட கால இடைவெளியில் அரசியல் களத்தில் பரபரப்பை பற்ற வைக்கும் ஒரு வாதம். நாடு சுதந்திரம் அடைந்த காலம் தொட்டே, அவ்வப்போது பொது சிவில் சட்டம் குறித்த பேச்சு எழுவதும் அதற்கு எதிராக கிளம்புவது இயல்பாகிவிட்டது.

(Law must for all)
In Constitution there is so difference between Rich and poor and only very few Caste related laws to ensure their protection ,So the things you are asking to bring is already there

It comes under Directive Principle Of State Policy which is a must as Fundamental Rights... 13 member bench of the Supreme court had advised the then Congress govt to pass the law. UCC is equal for all, that means, it can not interfere with any customs of faiths including Islam. But it ensure equality for all.
