The ONLY thing that gave me relief was taking the B-complex (basically a cocktail of vitamin B’s) I finally felt like myself

My doctor recommends B6 and unisom at night. What are your thoughts?

For how long should I take vitamin B6

I bought B6 100mg nature valley vitamins because that is all they have. My plan was to cut in 4ths (25 mg each) and take TID. Is this safe? The back of the bottle says “WARNING not intended for pregnant or nursing mothers…”
Is this because of the dosage? Is my plan safe?

Has anyone found an organic B6 supplement? I can’t find one anywhere online.

Would a blood test show levels of b6? I'm 8w 1d currently and don't see my midwife until 19th. Rainbow pregnancy so being extra cautious and would rather stay with natural remedies rather than metaclopramide etc.

Yes they can :) It is usually included in nutritional blood tests.
