Great information, I know a few friends had some fuel related issues on their newer STX 160. Probably was the exact same issues going on with their jetski’s. I surely will share the video. Thanks for sharing!
Kawasaki fixed mine for free. It's not a safety recall but there is a service bulletin. You have to call Kawasaki directly and request it. It's called the fuel tank vent hose mod. Mine started running poorly when it got down to about a third of a tank. As soon as I would loosen the gas cap it would suck in air and then run great.
Luckily it would seem mine already had the fix done when I bought it. It is a 2023 model after all

Either that or fuel bag/pump issues

Yup, that is a typical symptom of this issue. Eventually it leads to fuel pump failure, which as rather quick on these low flow pumps.
Own an ultra 310 but I’ll watch anyways
What does white smoke mean coming from the exhaust while in the water?
It is steam
Was this factory fixed for the 2023 STX160LX?
Yes, it should be but check to be sure
I have a 2024 STX 160x and still does it, I have to fill tank very slow. I want to do your fix. With your fix, can you fill tank fast?
Does any of this pertain to the ultra 160? Or just the stx?
That k you sir
Just the STX 160
