This has got to be the most thorough tear-down and inside look at the Ultra 310 Eaton TVS on the internet! Cool to see the damper unit and internals. Even after all these years I am still amazed they managed to get a friggin TVS supercharger onto a Jet Ski! Big thank you to KP for always providing such great support and top notch products and components. You guys are pretty much the only ones on the planet that provide rebuild kits for these units! 😎

This is the only video as of now with a great explanation on the Kawi super charger. Great video my man. We need more like this.

Thanks for the video makes considering a DIY rebuild less daunting. I have a 2012 300 LX. At the end of last year it started to drop out about 55mph. Seems fine at low speeds, hit 55 or open up the throttle it just drops like you let off the throttle. So you do and ski is still running and you can work it back to about 55. Does this 100% of the time. As far as I can tell it came after filling up with fuel. Though I'm not sure as it happened while friend were riding and they never told me about the issue. I was thinking to rebuild the Supercharger but was wondering your expert opinion?

Could be fuel pump issue, replace the pump since it is cheap, and see if that resolves the issue. Of course new plugs first before anything

Can the sc be pulled from the engine in the ski? I just ordered your overhaul kit. Think my detonation is actually a rattle from my sc. so I’m looking into what it’s going to take to pull the sc. can’t find any vids showing the actual removal of the sc from the engine.

Is there any way to exchange supercharger screw tights or 2? If I roll the screw with a hydraulic machine, will it be applied? I need to exchange it for Lidena O'Neill Nuyu.

Is there a supercharger removal video somewhere?

What do you do if the dampers are bad? Just throw the whole supercharger away and order a new one?

Unfortunately, yes. If we see a large volume of damper failures, we will make them. But, for now there is a very small volume.

Music is horrible. Leave it out except intro and outro. And never use head tracking.

Wow…. Every 50 hrs or so engine back to replace the belt. Every 50 hrs the exhaust has to come apart. Every 25 hrs the top half of the ski has to come apart to change the fuel filter/sock, every 100 hrs it’s engine out to rebuild the spr chrgr. Geez… Who has the time or $$ for a Kawi?? Not to mention all the parts that need replaced because they easily rust. I mean they’re nice and all but seems like a lot of expansive down time for a ski.

If you do some of the upgrades that we offer you wont have to worry about such frequent service intervals.
