This guy is a perfect villain and so is your analysis of this villain.
Compared to the gender swap darr-Ben
High Evolutionary probably has the Universes most severe case of OCD lol.
The guy who played HE did a damn good job at playing such a despicable POS character. Hope Gunn brings him on to play Brainiac!
Completely agree, he played this role extremely well.
@@acooper37 He did. To think this is the same dude who played the turncoat alien on Peacemaker.
i never understood how he disliked that rocket was able to figure out something he couldnt... i mean if you create something that can do what you cant at that point it would be a achievement
His massive ego meant that Rocket figuring something out that he couldn’t pissed him off.
His ego was too big like most villains. & that was his downfall
I don't think it angered him because of an inferiority complex.
He was perfectly content that it could be done, it was more the fact that Rocket wasn't supposed to have such qualities, and also that he couldn't replicate Rocket's problem-solving capabilities onto other experiments aside from Rocket.
He originally wanted to harvest Rocket's brain to see what was so special about it so he could make more of them.
i think its more so to do with the fact that he didnt have full control of his evolution
Not to a narcissistic person it wouldn’t. They would be jealous
Man creates furries, lives to regret it, nukes the fucking planet
This is horribly redundant but absolutely accurate 😂😂😂😂
High Evolutionary is one of the best MCU villains, right after Thanos, Kingpin, Bullseye, and *Green Goblin.
(*He’s a Raimi villain but still counts after what he did to MCU Peter)
He's easily above Kingpin. A little above Green Goblin, I don't know who Bullseye is so I can't say for that one. But Thanos is still better than him, I'd agree there. That guy had too much hype which he delivered on for anyone to compete with
When was bullseye in the MCU?
An idea for your content in the future:
1. Rattlesnake Jake from Rango
2. Megatron from Transformers Prime continuity
3. Askeladd from Vinland Saga
4. Obake Yashiki from Big Hero 6: The Series
Edit:
5. Spot from Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse
6. Nolanverse Joker from Dark Knight
7. Amon from Legend of Korra
8. Solomon Lane or Gabriel from Mission Impossible
James Gunn truly understands how to make Villains Evil that making the Misunderstood and Relatable, the High Evolutionary is the perfect example of a Mad Scientist that will do everything to create his own Utopia even if he willing to redefine Nature into Monstrosities, he’s the Most Evil MCU Villain that it will be impossible to Top.
This makes me excited about how he's going to handle Lex Luthor in Superman: Legacy.
Yooooooo, I know you, great analysis btw, but most evil idk about that Ego, Red Skull, and 2014 Thanos version are all more evil than him imo.
Sometimes it's nice to have a flat antagonist with literally no redeeming qualities.
Fun fact:
The high evolutionary’s real name is Herbert Wyndham. He’s an English geneticist & former Oxford professor who also happens to be a mutant.
For one of your next videos, could you please take a look at Bo and Vincent Sinclair from the 2005 _House of Wax_ remake?
Weird choice, I know, but they're strangely enough the most fascinating thing about that movie. Born as conjoined twins that were surgically separated growing up to be the culprits behind the deaths and "wax-ifying" of dozens of people over the years. And my theory for why Bo was the crazy one and helped (or more accurately, made) Vincent do all this was not only did the former recieve some brain damage due to the surgery that separated them, but he resented his mom for favoring Vincent over him. So, by manipulating Vincent to kill people to use as wax figures in their old home town, that was Bo's revenge against their mom; by having Vincent do the dirty work.
That's how I see it, but I'd REALLY love to hear your take on these two.
How about you make inside the mind of bellows from the Owl house Because he was a good villain Let's talk about his back story and his plans And then let's do Kiki moore And medalia Ghost we were good villains I wanna wasn't sighed their minds
Another great video id like to see a future video on either Regina George from mean girls or lady eboshi from princess mononoke
Like how he's basically the 21st Century version of Dr. Moreau?
You nailed it right there!
Please do a video on loki, max lord, Carapax (blue beetle movie), and bane (nolan trilogy)!
Do In The Mind Of A Villains: Megatron (Transformers)
If you're looking for in-depth character analysis on Megatron from the Bayformers movies, I'm sorry to tell you that there's nothing to analyze. Because Michael Bay reduced him to another power-hungry war mongerer for no other reason than to be evil.
And that's not me being mean. It's just the truth. Because character development is something Michael Bay doesn't really care about.
@cjkalandek996 What About G1 Megatron Or War For Cybertron/Fall Of Cybertron Megatron
How about Transformers Prime Megatron or Cyberverse Megatron. That iteration can be a good material to be analyze
Do in the mind of a villain:Gravik from secret invasion
I have a theory that he is one of Ego's children and used to have Matis's job before he was "replaced" and cast aside. I feel like he purposefully was singling out Peter when they spoke and had some kind of point to prove.
Perfect example of how good and evil are not straightforward concepts.
How come Chukwudi Iwuji didn't show us the High-Evolutionary in full body Armor?
My suggestion for your next analysis is Hannibal Lechter from NBC’s Hannibal.
That sounds a lot like ultima from ff16
a bit of a missed opportunity to call him a manchild, because to me that's what HE acts like. A child with a god complex, stuck inside an adult's body
💯💯
mate have you ever met an adult? this is literally what they all act like lol myself included to a certain extent. humans just hit a certain age where they become entitled and think of certain groups of people as being lesser than them and being deserving of their respect and admiration without having to do jack to earn it.
saying this behaviour makes someone childish isn't only unfair its actually just inaccurate like seriously what child acts like this? lol.
Can you please do king candy/turbo from Wreck-It Ralph.
Lol. You requested like 8 things at once, but this one is the most interesting to me.
Why cant he understand that something that's already created doesn't need to be perfect?
could you do professor Ratigan
Can you please do “Spinel” from “Steven universe the movie”
Can you please do the Core from Amphibia
Can you please do the false God from the movie “10,000 bc”
Can you please do Jasper from Steven universe and Steven universe future
High Evolutionary looks like Vector and Zapan from Alita Battle Angel
Can you please do Bellos from the owl house
do one on Edward blake the comedian from watchmen
Can you please do Donovan from Indiana Jones and the last Crusade
Can you please do Annie Wilkes from Misery
Can you please do “Agatha Prenderghast” from The movie ParaNorman
Just ask it all in one comment jeez
