- The plaintiff purchased a Mercedes from the defendant and put a deposit on it. She claims the defendant gave her a Chrysler instead, so she’s suing for her deposit back. The defendant argues the plaintiff put the deposit on the Chrysler, not the Mercedes.

To be fair, Chrysler and Mercedes were one car company from 1998-2007 (the parent company being Daimler-Chrysler).

I think I know what happened here. She was thinking of the new body style for the Chrysler 300 which looks like a bentley. In the year 2001 a Chrysler 300 was completely different.

Based on the Plaintiff's testimony, she should have been required to bring in her hair dresser as the co-defendant. According to the Plaintiff, it was the Hair Dresser who allegedly said that a "300 Benz" was for sale.
Even if she did it it wouldn’t change the outcome. She knew what she was buying. There were pictures, a title, even the document she wrote benz to save herself. She was trying to blame everyone else.

Clearly people don't know during this era Mercedes benz own Chrysler and put some Mercedes benz components in the 300c from 1998 thu 2007 is when Mercedes benz sold Chrysler at a loss most people knew that Mercedes benz earlier years of 300c has Mercedes benz components just like rolls royce phantom has 7 series bmw components all manufactures practices this like a escalade is same as suburban with different styling
