A very important message in this song and its something most of us need to be reminded of from time to time. Life is a struggle at times and in them times we need to be a friend to ourselfs not our own worst enemy.
I try to remember that as long as I do my best (the level of my best depends on the day, task or situation) then that is enough. I have things I need to work on and so do most (if not all) of us. Being human is a blessing and a curse, try to do the best of what you have, try to take small but steady steps towards improvment and remember to be kind to yourself and others. We are all in this togheter, we are not alone in feeling this way and a kind word and a smile can go a long way 😊❤

I've been waiting for this song for a long time. I've been following CS for years now and every one of their songs is breathtaking, tear-jerking and wonderful. These are texts that need to be heard, texts that speak from the soul. I don't know if you've read much about the band, but the lead singer, Jake, knows exactly what he's singing and writing about.He's been to all of these points. And he hasn't stopped fighting. And I think that's why there are so many emotions and feelings in these songs! It brings me to tears every time. This band is definitely worth MORE reactions!

Citizen Soldier is one of the best bands to listen to when it comes to mental health and sending important messages that migjt change a life.
