    God that felt so good. I have been in a state of Adrenalin due to personal stress and didn’t know if I should just rest but my body LOVED doing this, good to feel strong even though my body feels scared at the same time. Thank you 🧡

    I really liked this workout. So many great moves. I really like it when you write the workout in the description section so that I can preview it. This one did not have it for some reason. I also did 15 minutes of your total body compound workout. Thanks Tracy!

    This was one of the best workouts in 30 minutes I have had in a LONG time! I mostly do a lot of weight training 5x a week. I needed something to push me and not always rely on isolated exercise for muscle gain. This was perfect and burned about 325 calories in 30 minutes! Thank you for sharing your workouts! Amazing!!

    I'm on holiday caravaning, took my 2x9 lbs dumbbells with me and some bands. Haven't worked out since Friday but we did walk a lot with the dog during my holiday camping. Did this quick workout today as it's raining, phew, I'm shaking 😅 tough one but went by so fast and no repeats is really my favourite. Thanks Tracy :)

    Thank you! Fitness instructor that started out the pandemic still excited and taught my classes online. When gym opened I didn’t go back because I didn’t feel protocols were being followed. I’ve allowed my 40+ years of exercise (run, strength, yoga etc.) to slide for a year and a half now. I feel terrible. Thankfully I know the right way to restart but also know it won’t be easy. Thank you for getting me back on track as I start the journey back. 60 has nothin’ on me!

      I would say 3,5,8,10,12,15,20 pound dumbbells will take you where you need to go!

    Good burn. I wish the breaks were included in the countdown though. I heard quick break and it was literally right back into the vid, so I guess I was supposed to pause. I chose not to because I struggle to regulate my break esp when I'm already ready to stop the workout, which was like halfway in. Not because it was too hard, but because I just wanted to lay down. LOL. Also, modifications would be nice as well for those who might need it.

    Smashing muscle compound workout. I struggled a bit with the squat and press moves keeping the dumbell high. Instead of using 15 lbs I used 12lbs instead. A great variety of excercises in 30 min.😅The side lunges and press are so good and works better with the light weights for sure.👍
    All the excercises are a muscle builder.😅💪

    What is the benefit of not repeating exercises?

      It can give you variety, which some people like in a workout. It can also be a way not to focus too heavily on one muscle group - its good for our fitness and long term health, to really push particular muscle groups sometimes, but to also work them lighter others.
