I doubt it is interesting or functional for any reindeer herding lapps to start american gambling reservations. Or, did you really mean that the lapps should all become city people forgetting their legacy. Like the modern day neo-sämi academics and their gay pride flags want.

Even some Netflix originals were not produced by Netflix and don't follow their guidelines. 3rd party netflix content goes off of story merit or how much traffic they feel it will drive to their site and less the spec sheet of the production.

I can relate so much with the weird and to warm winters :( When I was in kidnergarden I used to go sledding every day in winter after kindergarden. Now there is no snow anymore. Maybe for one night at 3 am you can have snow for a while, but it will all be gone before midday... This might sound like old lady talk... But I am only 24!

For the average Swede, it isn't cheap or easy to buy reindeer meat. I myself am from Södra Norrland in Sweden (Norrland region, but the southern part) and have never eaten anything from a reindeer but only tested the typical parts from a bear and moose.

Technically "samoyed people" from siberia mixed to ancient northern european kunda and komsa cultures. Nenets samoyeds are from same people as us sami but they staid in asia side and did not mix to europeans like us sami

Lots of old european language influence like basque in finnish and sami languages and lots of old european language place names around here that have no meaning. But it really does not matter if those earlier people were already talking indo euro or still old euro. Yes there was some indo european people for some time in finland before us sami came but those for my knowledge had left back to south because of climate change for colder those time and agricultural life did not work,, before we sami even arrived here.
