    Thanks for the tips. If melodyne puts the vocal in the wrong spot like an octave lower you can fix that by hitting the button to the left of the select tool and right of the orange lit up button. You can then move your note where it’s supposed to be and melodyne should recognize it better and produce less artifacts when you then tune it in the spot it should be.

    Thanks! How do you snap a group of note cuts to a center pitch? Is that a key combination shortcut?
