Hey Tom. Have you done Annapolis Royal yet? We moved to Annapolis December ftom Cole Harbour. Its an amazing town. Has everything you need. Amazing market, Theatre, and Historical Gardens. So friendly.Better weather than South Shore and Valley being on the Annapolis basin. Please do a video on usm

So much to check out food wise. Arch and Po open Wednesday to Sunday is THE best pastry I have eaten. Top NS chef quietly told them theirs was better than his. Great atmosphere. Sisaboos Coffee Roaster, Divalarios, Whiskey Teller, Eastern Bistro, Lazy Daisy, Fort Anne Cafe, Elm Tree Cafe ( in the garden only) and more. Did I say we love to eat. Fort Anne and boardwalk morning and evening walks a must. Annapolis Brewing Company for local brewery and tap room. Entertainment spot in town all week. Hiking? Try Delaps Cove trail. Woodland, ocean front AND waterfall trail north of Annapolis. Need I say more?

@@Livinginhalifax the Saturday market is our favorite day to be here. Large for such a small town. One of the best in NS and right downtown close to everything.

There was a German Flag at the pink house? Are there a lot of Germans in Lunenberg?

Yes, there are a lot of original immigrants who came from Germany. Just outside of Bridgewater, close by is New Germany and the most popular last names are Wynot, which morphed over the years from Weihnachten. Himmelman, Oikle and Ellinghaus are other common surnames here.

It‘s so beautiful😊Vacation is planned 2025. Are there names like Hen(t)ze, Schindehütte, Hinze? A cousin of my granny moved over in 1928. I‘ve tried to find some relatives but it‘s difficult. Are there departments where I can ask for help?

Sorry, no hardware store in Lunenburg. Did you try to find a can of paint? Can't buy that either. How about a fresh fish store? Sorry.
