      Me either. I'll have to wait to have this. I made a basil sausage rigatoni just yesterday. I understand why Bobby Bacala was such a big guy!😂

      I tend to slice up sweet and/or spicy Italian sausages into 1-1.5” pieces, brown those up, and then mix those in prior to baking. And can’t forget those meat juices - mix those in too!

      @ArchibaldMeatpants ah yes, because you can’t just like the way things look in your own kitchen, that’s obviously IMPOSSIBLE, it HAS to be that he just wants others to see it, not just like it himself as no one buys things for their own house just because they like them… I mean, we all know people that don’t care what others think just live in a totally empty house with nothing in the kitchen to cook or eat from because the only reason to buy stuff is to see what others think about it… I mean obviously…

    Saya suka menonton dan suscribe andy karena dia tidak pelit bumbu. Apalagi ketika memberi garam. Saya melihat koki masak lain memberi garam merica kenapa sedikit sekali, saya tidak yakin masakan yg mereka tampilkan seenak di dalam video.

    I always say “many mini meatballs.” I love the alliteration of it, I also love the bite-sized quality. You don’t have to break them up, they just melt in your mouth.

    Hey Andy! Huge fan of you and your content, but not usually of baked ziti. In the past, I’ve found it dry and underwhelming, but as you do, you’ve made it look delicious! I’ll have to make this recipe for myself, rather relying on takeout or a restaurant.

    I just love your videos. When I cook in my kitchen it looks like a bomb went off. It is so messy. Do you work with such efficiency with little to no mess at all, a real pro. And you get so much done on that single burner you use and I complain about my four burner stove not being enough 😁 thanks for the high-quality content. And I always love the video editing which in and of itself is quite entertaining beyond it’s informative value. Cheers. Happy cooking.

    Never seen it with meatballs before! hrmmm! I just brown the meat with an onion and make a sauce with passata and canned tomatoes, some additional herbs and tomato paste and some garlic.
    I actually split the layers with a couple of different cheeses like burrata (vs. ricotta or mascarpone, provolone, low moisture mozzarella and pecorino.
    I also find it better on day 2!

      @shane6450 because for the Italian cuisine it’s a strange recipe.
      Seeing this again though, I wouldn’t say that Italian wouldn’t approve of this, but it is not an Italian recipe. For us it’s strange to put meatballs in pasta

    Awesome recipe as usual, I’ll 100% use that! But! As usual the gozney dome really doesn’t live up to what it advertises. Didn’t really look like the scorch on the meatballs that you were going for

    Minced meat, all spice, salt, pepper, egg- sauté
    Mix w cooked pasta. Dump into bake tray mix with bechamel. Easy cheap. Try it :)
