    How can u tell if it’s the full filter and not the pump cuz mine is starting hard but once u get it going in seems to be fine

      You’ll have to get a fuel rail gauge and hook up to the engine and verify. The filter should be replaced every so often anyways so if it’s never been changed I’d just change it.
