You’ll have to get a fuel rail gauge and hook up to the engine and verify. The filter should be replaced every so often anyways so if it’s never been changed I’d just change it.
Just make sure you have the flow arrow pointing the right way when you put the filter on. It is directional. I hate the white clip on these. they always break on me, and getting them back in place can be a pain. At least the filter I got came with new clips. My '11 is identical to this, but my '03 has the clips on both sides, so no special tool needed.
How can u tell if it’s the full filter and not the pump cuz mine is starting hard but once u get it going in seems to be fine
