I am in Michigan,USA. I am 83 yrs old, great grandmother. I enjoy your videos very much. You are wise beyond your years and hard work does not spoil you. Waiting for the right partner is a very good idea.
I so enjoy the singing at the end of your vlogs. The harmonizing is absolutely beautiful. As far as a boyfriend goes, you dear girl will be a “catch” for any young man. You are such a delight and I know God has someone special chosen for you. Be well and God bless.
Giselle, I am a 42 year old homeschool mom. I used to be a full-time registered nurse, but decided to stay home with my children 6 years ago and have never looked back. Your cleaning puts me to shame! 😂 I recently stumbled upon your channel and have thoroughly enjoyed your vlogs. You make me want to be a better person. Even though I have been raised in church all my life, was a minister’s daughter and even married a minister, I find myself lacking in my outlook on life and get so easily stressed. You make me want to be more joyful and be happier being who I am. I love the Lord with all my heart and I know He wants this for me as well. Thank you for your beautiful smiles and for sharing your unique way of life. (The song at the end of this video made me smile as well.)
You are the best! I love your videos. I think what you are doing here on RUclips as a film maker is so important. You are shedding a bright light out towards the world. I am so inspired by what I have learned about you, your community, and your relationship with God. I love seeing you all work together, and am comforted by seeing that no task is too great when you have a community of people who are willing to help you with whatever you may need. God bless you girl!!
Thankyou so much for the lovely comment made my day it means lot to me that people enjoy the videos I so enjoy putting them together for you I can't put it into word how much I appreciate your support...thankyou 😊 God bless you
You are indeed a beautiful, delightful young lady, your videos are so full of light and yes happiness, your smile is infectious. I am old enough to know that not every day is perfect nor people either but your community provides an alternative view of the world and I thank you for that and the hymn, soothing.
You are so welcome yes life is not always perfect but, I do try to find the good in everything tho at times it can be difficult I'm glad you enjoyed the hymn 😊
I am older and life has narrowed due to Covid, I love to watch your blogs. Thank you. My mother was Hutterite, she just didn’t know it, we cleaned everything, every Saturday to prepare for Sunday. If it didn’t walk or talk it was washed down, cleaned and all beds were dusted and changed. Lawn was done and yard cleaned, cleaning was following by a late simple supper, usually homemade bread, cheese and cold cuts. Then personal preparations for church and bed. It seemed hard at the time but I miss those days so much. Love your videos where everyone works together and the singing like old days in our church.
Your closing song really struck a chord this week. My mother died March 20th and April 30th was her birthday. We try to comfort ourselves by saying that she's no longer in pain and is now free to sing and dance again. Thank you.
I'm very sorry. This is your family's year of firsts without her. We will keep your family in our prayers. Although I'm a Christian and know the answers, I dont do death well. Everyone is different. Grieving, how long and how, takes time. Again, my condolences. 💔
God bless you. So sorry to hear of your loss. I also thought of my sweet departed parents with this beautiful hymn. It will be 3 yrs this month and they died 19 days apart and had been married almost 68 years. Somedays are still really tough but its life. We were so blessed to have them for all that time. Take care
I'm so sorry for your loss I think that is one thing that is very true that she is free of pain I guess the song says it all, my heart goes out to you.
Hi Giselle, I never knew about Hutterites until I found your channel. I can see why you love your life. You are a voice to spread God's word. God bless.
As a dress (or skirt) wearer and an avid bicycle rider (I don’t own a car). I would suggest looking to the Dutch and how they deal with long dresses and bikes. If you have a fender or rear rack on the bike, you can crochet (or sew) a skirt guard that keeps your dress from getting caught up in the rear wheel. There are also plastic versions you can buy and install, but really the crocheted ones are so much cuter :) Dutch bikes usually also have a chain case that fully encloses the bike chain. Unfortunately that’s not a DIY project or something that you can really add after buying the bike, but if you can find a bike with at least a top chain case that helps a lot in keeping your dress away from the chain. Bonus tip: There’s a “hack” that involves a rubber band and a penny or other small coin to fasten the front and back of your dress/skirt so that it flaps around less while biking. The phrase to search for is “penny in your pants bicycle” (why they call it “pants” when it’s a skirt, I’m not sure lol).
Thanks for sharing the congregational singing. That's the first time to hear that hymn. Heaven WILL be beautiful, because nothing of earth will be there. I always am amazed at how much thorough cleaning you do. I thought I was clean - but I could learn a lot from you!
Your videos get more amazing with time. You have a real talent for capturing the mood of the moment! Keep at it! This channel will grow by leaps and bounds!
I just wanted to say that I found what you said about the difference between rules on and off the colony (in another video where you were speaking of your time living elsewhere) very impactful. I've thought about it so much and discussed it with several people in the weeks since I watched that video so I thought I'd let you know that God really spoke to me through you! You have been such a blessing! Thank you Giselle.
I have had happy tears several times now you are so sweet I have always wanted to help people with my videos no matter how small and hearing from you that I did mean the world thankyou so much 😊
I appreciate your example of keeping house as I was trained to go to work and now in my old age i live alone but i still do not know how to manage very well at home, esp when i get sick.
I had a similar kitchen mishap, except it was sweet potatoes! I had to clean the ceiling and walls. There was sweet potatoes in my sister-in-law's hair and mine! She won't let me use the mixer at her house anymore!
I've kind of been binge watching your Vs. They've been very entertaining! Your skills as videographer (and editor and everything else) are quite sophisticated. Well done!
Always enjoy your videos, look forward to them. You are such a sweet soul. Hugs. Love the singing, gave me goosebumps, worshipping right along with you. Blessings to you.
I really enjoy your channel every week. That is very nice of you to do this. I hope you have a great week! Looking forward to your future vlogging! God Bless You! 💖💖
I slso live in Manitoba. I love your channel. I work with ladies who have left the colony but they don't like to talk about why they left. I love the singing at the end of your videos. The voices of angels.
I was a home birth midwife for 10 years and served a Mennonite community…what is the difference…to me it all seems quite similar. Thank you for all you share. I enjoy all you share.
Love your videos, always get excited when I see you have a new video :) may God bless you, and yes getting married still has time, your young, beautiful and an amazing girl, there is a lot of guys who would be soo blessed to have you in their life. God's timing is perfect 🥰
Fresh ginger tea can help with many things. I just put through blender with water boil and steep. Add honey because it has bite. Drink daily if you want to can’t hurt that’s for sure.
Greetings from northern Alberta. The way you clean, that’s how my mother taught me to clean too. Your spring is farther advanced than ours. No seeding going on yet. Two days ago we woke up to about 4 inches of fresh snow!
I'm glad you aren't sharing your location. Smart girl! As soon as you said your colony makes fire trucks, I knew you were in Manitoba. We want you to stay safe in this space and keep some things private. God bless, from Alberta.♥️
I’m curious, where does the Adsense to your videos go to? Are you able to keep the money you make from your videos for yourself? Or do you give it all to the colony? Either way, love your videos
As always enjoyed your vlog today!! And as far as your allergies, my husband suffered from them horribly, then because I take milk thistle capsules, I mentioned it to him, and he was skeptical, but tried them, and found it to help him a lot, he made them part of his morning ritual. Thank you for sharing!! I just love seeing your vlogs, they make me happy, your so real, I know that sounds strange, but you laugh easily, and are just refreshing!! 😁😁💖
Hmm I've heard of it yeah I understand why he would have been skeptical about it but thanks for I idea. You are so welcome I'll happily keep making them for you I enjoy it so much 😊
Milk thistle is good for skin cleansing also, when going on a trip, start taking them a few days ahead, it keeps the intestinal tract up and moving, which in turn keeps the skin clear, and the body clean, which affects allergies, I know it’s a lot to take in, but I’ve seen great help for many people!
I'm always so happy to watch your videos. You instill ambition, peace, joy and God's holy word. Thank you so very much. May God's Grace Shine Upon You.
So sorry your not feeling well the pollen is really bad here in Pennsylvania causing a lot of sinus issues for our family, but love the spring time in spite of it ! 🌷🌷
Great video i enjoyed it . I work for a colony in southern Manitoba , Again i agree with you and i will not disclose were i work because i respect the colony . The colony has taken me in as a outsider to work for them and i respect that and i still learning about everything . but its nice to know you dont have a boy friend ( YET ) . Also Giselle , i do know a few Waldner's , lol
@@gisellewaldner9406 now I only have to take my own advice -- only learned this a few years ago! LOL And for me too -- when they first hit -- it makes me very tired :-(
So glad you posted this morning!! I enjoy keeping up with your life. So sorry you have allergies. Hope you have a good week. 💚 from Southern California
I get more out of your videos than sitting in my church. Thank you. I wish I had discovered your way of life when I was younger. I think I would be far better prepared than I am now. I'm 76 and not in the best of health. Thank you for your efforts.
To be honest I WAS SO CONCERNED for your hands! I know exactly why they are red and I love how hard you work ❤️. I have extremely sensitive, delicate skin and have spent a lifetime using eucerine cream. I’ll send you some if I can 😉
Something to add to the wonderful supply of tools at your colony. Long handled squeegees and scrub brushes. Window washing is a very quick job that way. Yes, you should always protect your hands. You do so much with them, and use and not abuse is the goal.
This cleaning video was so helpful- almost like a tutorial. We're not necessarily taught how to properly clean in American schools but it's an important skill
Hi Giselle, boy do you keep busy, I totally understand about your location, never, never put it on RUclips. Not everyone are Hutterites. Ty for the blog, stay safe and healthy. 🙏🙏😷
I think those gals work hard no matter the season. They actually work harder than anyone I have seen on RUclips. Their work ethic is praiseworthy. I just hope the men show their appreciation to them all. I know it's a community, and everyone does their part, but those gals hustle all day, everyday!
Yeah we work hard all year but, our work does slow down quite a bit during the winter months since there is no garden work but, that the perfect time to do our sewing and other projects that were put aside during the summer months. 😊
I agree with you - do not fling mashed potatoes around! I’ve done something similar - not a fun cleanup for sure. Also no rush in any big decision such as marriage. My grandma always said - chose in haste, repent in return. I love the closing of music and verse. I shared one I read yesterday with a friend (or two) and was blessed. I said you never know where God will reach out to you.
Loved you video this week🤗 I had to laugh about your experience with the mashed potatoes! One Sunday after church (many years ago) my mom put a pressure cooker on the stove with potatoes and for some reason the lid blew off and we had “smashed potatoes everywhere too! I agree, not fun cleaning it up!! But what a memory🤗 Have a good week Giselle and give Kona a hug for me🤗🥰🤗
I would have loved to have a couple of dresses like those. They are beautiful! What a shame I am not great at sewing, or I would have tried to make one myself.
I've got seasonal allergies too. What helps me is after sweeping vacuuming, to spray a light mist of vinegar water in the room. It washes all the airborne particles down. I also have a airfilter macine in my bedroom. It keeps the air clean and since I spend 8 to 9 hours there, it helps.
Loved your vlog. The song at the end was so beautiful it made me cry. My daughter passed on Feb 03 and my husband on Feb 24th. The song made me think of them.
Oh my goodness I'm so sorry for your loss and my heart goes out to you...aww I wish I could give you a hug, and spend time with you instead of just being virtual. But, If you ever need someone I'm always here.
Lol! I did something similar to your mashed potatoes, with a paint mixer/shaker. It was *A* mess! Great video's! All is done in The Heavenly Fathers time 👍 Praise Christ Jesus!
Greetings from Maine. Thanks so much for sharing some of your daily life and your thoughts. You are such a wonderful young lady. The foods that you prepare, always look so yummy. I wish you all the best.
Hey Giselle! I just came across your channel, you seem like such a sweet person and your videos are so fun to watch :)! I was wondering...don't get me wrong, but how come, that you have access to the internet? I thought it's not so common for the hutterites. I've always been fascianted by other lifestyles...so glad I found your channel. Greetings from germany!
Welcome, welcome I'm happy to have you. Oh we have always had internet connection in this day and age when you have a business you almost can't get by without it...greetings to you 😊
Buy a lemon balm plant and a comfrey plant. You can use them to make a medicinal lip balm for your cold sore. It’s pretty easy and you seem to have a knack for that type of thing. 💜
Please, never change your beautiful soul!! The world, needs more beautiful women like yourself!! I'm 34 , and I'm considered old school because I refuse to think the way modern society wants me to and I refuse to call what they consider good and I consider evil and vise versa! (Which, is the Bible fulfilling itself of course) But my point is your faith is beautiful! I'm so glad I came across your videos, they're very confronting and bring me such joy to watch!! God's blessings on you and may you and your family have health and happiness!!! Much love to you maybe considered a stranger here on earth but your my sister in Christ :)
Hi Giselle!😀 do you ever listen to audiobooks? I love them because your hands are free to work. If you google Los Angeles public library they are giving digital library cards to everyone because of Covid. You can "rent" digital copies of audio or text books free for two weeks with a name , email, and phone #. I listen quite a bit while cooking or crocheting. Thanks for a lovely episode!😀
I have tried to before but, I find that I enjoy the physical copy much more but, I guess with covid being able to listen to them is a wonderful thing 😊...glad you enjoyed it
You are a sweet young lady and have such a lovely gracious attitude! Your community is very unique and organized! We are a homeschool family of six living in the south, so it is very funny to see you wearing jackets right now😁😁😁 I would love to know more about your family, and why you never go out of the community to go on outings or trips with your family???? It is amazing how everyone in your community seems to always be cleaning something....do you do fun things with your friends or crafting??? Many blessings in the coming days and thank you for being gracious enough to share part of your life!
Thankyou 😊....the only outings with family that we have is when we pack everyone together and visit family or if someone has an appointment and we hop along to go shopping which actually happens quite frequently just not for me I don't always feel like going away 😊 blessings to you and your family

Ok thanks for the tips I'll be sure to try them I can't afford to have any more holes in dresses 🤭

@@gisellewaldner9406 now I only have to take my own advice -- only learned this a few years ago! LOL And for me too -- when they first hit -- it makes me very tired :-(
Daily, all winter long, local honey build your immunity to spring allergies.
Swedish bitters tonic helps me with my spring allergies if you can get your hands on some of it it might help as well
Hello from Scotland in the Uk. I think your a very lovely and happy person.
Hi from Canada and thankyou that's so sweet of you 😊
I love your story about the mashed potatoes incident! I literally laughed out loud!! Love your videos! God Bless!
I stumbled across your channel today it’s interesting to learn that Hutterites are on RUclips. I love the singing at the end.
So glad you posted this morning!! I enjoy keeping up with your life. So sorry you have allergies. Hope you have a good week. 💚 from Southern California
Thankyou I hope you have a wonderful week as well
You and your videos are absolutely delightful!
Again, many thanks!
Love to and for all.
In All.
Praise be!
Lol Baldacci is one of my favorite authors also! I also enjoy Lee Child's work.
I’ll send you some if I can 😉
If you're not in Canada, it might actually be less expensive (and easier) to order it on Amazon-Canada to and have them ship it to her :)
Lanolin is also brilliant for chapped hands, lips, nursing mothers etc. It has a very thick consistency so some might prefer it as a night treatment.
Thankyou I appreciate that it been going on for too many years and I'd be happy to see the problem go away. 😊
I so enjoy your blogs. You are such a hard worker. I am curious what your mother's daily schedule is like.
I can talk about it more but, all our schedules change with the seasons
Something to add to the wonderful supply of tools at your colony. Long handled squeegees and scrub brushes. Window washing is a very quick job that way. Yes, you should always protect your hands. You do so much with them, and use and not abuse is the goal.
Smilin’ and waggin’! The sign of a beautiful day!
True, true 😊
This cleaning video was so helpful- almost like a tutorial. We're not necessarily taught how to properly clean in American schools but it's an important skill
Get back into shape?!! Girl! You NEVER stop!love your vlog!
🤣🤣
We sometimes use a hair tie (rubber band) to tie up our skirts. That might stay better than a knot for biking.
Hi Giselle, boy do you keep busy, I totally understand about your location, never, never put it on RUclips. Not everyone are Hutterites. Ty for the blog, stay safe and healthy. 🙏🙏😷
Thankyou same to you 😊
Do you ladies work harder in summer or winter (cause of the garden work) ....enjoy watching you, as usual👍👍👍👍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
So many authors out there..my favorite is Dean Koontz
@@calvinwaldner1167 I've never heard of him before what kinds of books does he right?

Beautiful harmony when you sing
But what a memory🤗 Have a good week Giselle and give Kona a hug for me🤗🥰🤗
Oh my word I could picture that man that must have been quite the mess to clean.....oh I will do 😊
I love that you can go out & explore, have a channel & not be shunned! Anything that breaks up families? Not good.
I would have loved to have a couple of dresses like those. They are beautiful!
What a shame I am not great at sewing, or I would have tried to make one myself.
You are a joy to watch, Giselle! i hope you feel well soon, I also suffer from allergies and find that some extra Vit C helps.
Thank you 😊...I have started taking vit c a couple days ago and I must say it does really help 😊
Ps, you could do a light spritz of your area your working in. It will clean the area a little.
Ok thankyou for the tips 😊
Loved your vlog. The song at the end was so beautiful it made me cry. My daughter passed on Feb 03 and my husband on Feb 24th. The song made me think of them.
I'm so sorry for your loss, hugs, ♡♡♡
🙏💐
Thats a load, so sorry for your loss❤
Oh my goodness I'm so sorry for your loss and my heart goes out to you...aww I wish I could give you a hug, and spend time with you instead of just being virtual. But, If you ever need someone I'm always here.
Lol! I did something similar to your mashed potatoes, with a paint mixer/shaker. It was *A* mess!
Great video's!
All is done in The Heavenly Fathers time 👍 Praise Christ Jesus!
Great presentation! Natural as well as cinematic
Greetings from Maine. Thanks so much for sharing some of your daily life and your thoughts. You are such a wonderful young lady. The foods that you prepare, always look so yummy. I wish you all the best.
Thank you so much 😊 💓
Hey Giselle!
Do you know the recipe for the comfrey and lemon balm ointment you were talking about?
And L-lysine. It's an amino acid that fights the virus that causes them 💞
@@debrawilson8525 I can try to get it from my friend.
@@heidikindon5182 Thank you...I have lemon balm and will purchase comfrey. Thanks again
Ohhh nice thanks for that I anyway feel like I can never have too many plants 😊
Please, never change your beautiful soul!!
The world, needs more beautiful women like yourself!! I'm 34 , and I'm considered old school because I refuse to think the way modern society wants me to and I refuse to call what they consider good and I consider evil and vise versa! (Which, is the Bible fulfilling itself of course)
But my point is your faith is beautiful!
We are a homeschool family of six living in the south, so it is very funny to see you wearing jackets right now😁😁😁
I would love to know more about your family, and why you never go out of the community to go on outings or trips with your family????
It is amazing how everyone in your community seems to always be cleaning something....do you do fun things with your friends or crafting???
Many blessings in the coming days and thank you for being gracious enough to share part of your life!
Thankyou 😊....the only outings with family that we have is when we pack everyone together and visit family or if someone has an appointment and we hop along to go shopping which actually happens quite frequently just not for me I don't always feel like going away 😊 blessings to you and your family
I love your videos! Love that you like to read! My husband is a librarian and we both love books!
Thankyou 😊...books have always been something that I really enjoyed
Such beautiful singing!
