I haven't ever seen a fawn just lay down out in the open before, or allow me to get close enough for such a video. It will be fun to watch this little one grow up if it's already this comfortable around here.😊❤

Everyday I get to be a little closer to mine as they get used to this odd gentleman who feeds their mothers as well as the great Sire, Little Buck. They stare wide eyed at me and try to figure out what they’re seeing. It’s a nice trip. 🌿🌝🦌
Can you believe it just plopped down and let me get so close? These little ones are really getting used to me, I even touched one on the nose yesterday without it freaking out! This year is really making up for last year when there weren't any fawns around. I just wish I could tell them apart! 😂😊♥️ I hope you're having a good week, give your mom a hug from me.

I think it is because Goldie brought her baby around right away after it was born and the fawn looks up to the mama for trust and protection. They are so smart to pick up vibes like that from mom.
