I ordered this and got 1 cook out of it lol. I really loved it but must have got a melon. Walmart did take it back no questions asked and went with a Pro Series 2 horizontal smoker. Never had a single issue with it yet and many cooks! I do love your video's with the Brunswick and i get a little sentimental missing mine... just was a beast.
Have you ever had back burn in your hopper? Lots of reports of that and a friend and I have this smoker and we both have had back burn in the hopper. Glad we caught it. Wouldn’t leave it unattended.
I haven’t had that happen! I did take the cover off so I can vacuum out the fire box, I don’t like that it’s covered. Mine had a lot of build up and did seem like it could be a problem if not taken care of.
Yes please take the cover out of the bottom. It gets a lot of ash under there and needs cleaned out. I don't put the 4 screws back in so I can blow it out
I have the brunswick also. My question is. What did you do about the ash tray sticking? It sticks so bad . To where it want come out. What the trick to that? Other than that its been a great smoker.

I have had that happen many times on mine. It happens during shutdown every time. The first time it happened, I had a pet emergency and put it in shutdown mode and left. I came back a few hours later and the hopper was on fire. I had about 50 pounds of pellets in it. It almost burnt my house down.
Take it apart and let’s see under that plate…I have always had to vacuum my pellet grills and these you can’t. I have a hard time believing that simply dumping the pot is enough. It wouldn’t be for any of my barrel style pellet grills, so why is this one any different? It may be a design flaw. They should have made that plate removable. I saw American Smoke take apart his Pro Series 4V2 vertical (the Lowes version of the Brunswick) and it was caked with wood dust and the vents that route smoke and heat up were almost plugged completely.
A woman of your stature should have someone to come in every couple weeks to clean those grills for you❤ I am simply heartbroken that's not a thing for you hehehe
As much as I try, I cannot come up with ANY use at all for the whole blue tooth and app stuff. If a person doesn't want to monitor their smokes/cooks. Then don't do it. ALL good smoking and cooking is MUCH better if a person puts in the effort to get good at it. LAZY is almost never the approach to pretty much ANYTHING in life.

Mine was junk lasted one year the auger went out many grease flame ups do not waste your money.
Has any one has to unjam the auger?
I actually just had to take it apart to fix the auger. I can put up a video if you’d like?
