💯 agree! We’ve a 2016 32SA and looked at the new ones at a rally in Florida. It’s night and day. Don’t get me wrong it still had its problems but the materials look and feel cheaper. We’re getting one not newer than 2020.
Tiffin is still building a quality coach. A friend just purchased a 2024 Open Road, no quality concerns. Very small 9 item punchlist that was resolved in one day at Red Bay. Our 2021 Allegro Bus has been excellent as well
Great review Matt as always. However, my suggestion is that you do a drive with the motorcoaches you review. In this case we drove 2 different Tiffin Open Road models (at one of your dealerships where we were treated very well) and these things drive terribly. The steering is vague and loose, the suspension is worse causing it to bob and weave and threw my wife and I around and keeping it "between the lines" was a true challenge. They are noisy too. Now TIffin does a great job with the coaches which are beautiful inside and have lots of storage but I could not imagine having to drive one of these Open Road gas units for 3,4 or more hours. It would be torture. We ended up purchasing an Entegra Reatta DP which was 100% nicer. Yes, more money and more than we initially wanted to spend but we have determined it is a much better value. We drove the Entegra Emblem which is a gasser and the suspension was much better than Open Road and the coach was more stable but still not up to the level of the Reatta. You get what you pay for is true saying.

Have been watching you for years now. I really enjoy watching. I think you give an honest look at new RV'S. But....... I think it's time to address this problem with Tiffin. It's getting to large to ignore. As a salesman that you are, you must not ignore what's going on. The least you can do is stop reviewing these motor homes. The best you can do is be honest and have a meeting with top Tiffin management and work towards a solution.

Love the sofa and the table and chairs “option” for the outdated diner booth dinette💥💥💥but Tiffin’s quality and reliability has definitely suffered since they were bought out by Thor😩
Why do they leave that gap over the bathroom door??? Don’t mind the carpet. Washer/Dryer should have been a stackable - there’s room. ALL cabinet areas poorly designed/organized. Don’t like a split bath. Like the double sink. Like the couch. Would love to love this RV, but just don’t.
I had a Tiffin motor home back in 1992. It was a 35 footer and no slides. It was adequate for its day. I would not buy one as quality has gone down since the business was sold to Thor. Big mistake !

I heard an old man pay a camper $5 to wipe and roll his power cord. Those things are heavy. For this money it should have one already. Those cabinets looked as cheap as they come. Even Walmart cabinets have backs and hidden screws. Nice couch - nice kitchen - stupid to not have a pantry in a $250.000 motorhome. I guess the word home doesn't resonate with these people.
Before watching video I predict brown cabinets (90% of Tiffin's I see, new or used, have brown/tan cabinets.. Wow, I was wrong, I like the cabinets. Only a Queen bed (according to floor plna) ,crazy tv located between driver and passenger seats, and window where headboard should be, and no ladder, all deal breakers.
Its a tiffin by thor, why not give the discount like on any Thor model. Oh, and Lee Tiffin, get your game together. You are not doing well by your customers.
I’d love to see a vid of the inside of this going down the road. Most Class A gas motorhomes sound kind of “crashy”, loud, and cheap going down the road. This seems solid, but would it FEEL solid?
I would NOT buy a Tiffin or a Thor. Since they only care about money, their money, I would refuse a new one. Even if it was given to me. Thanks for your videos! I watch yours religiously!
I love this RV. I don't want a booth for a kitchen table. Just 2 chairs will do, as long as the living area has a comfortable seat/couch. Which General location is this at?

I think the drawers below the counter and upper pull out "pantry" should have also been a pull out pantry instead of 3 drawers.
The drawers will fly open, we had to install new railings.
