31:54 WELL ACTUALLY, this ISN'T the first Pokémon game with varying sizes. Pokémon GO has had size variation since the beginning. That's why there have been infamous research tasks like "Capture big Magikarp" and "Catch tiny Rattata."
Since they brought it up in the run. My advice for shiny hunting Tandemaus. Don't bother looking for the right color. Just go to the pokemon league area and auto battle until your pokemon refuses to fight one. My brother and I both got one in about an hour without even using any sandwiches.
They got the Glitch Exhibition. It's at the end of the video after they closed out to the "What's Next" screen since there was a last minute drop by Humble Bundle. 3:16:00 I think is where starts. It's a shame there was trouble with one of the glitches taking so long so he didn't get to show off as much as they planned.
I caught like 20 Buizel in the Horseshoe Plains and none of them were large enough for the quest. First time I catch a couple that just say they're from the Obsidian Fieldlands, I got two that qualified for it. I think they were on that path around the Lake Verity mountain.
Wish I had been able to stay up and watch this run, any pokémon run with Keiz and Corvimae is fantastic, then KungFu as host just made it perfect. If only we had Shen there to insult a pokémon so we could have donations towards him apologizing. Also, did they ever figure out if there really was a missed shiny?
I'm so glad the Dethrone God incentive was met. Thank goodness for squeezing the rules about unskippable cutscenes! I mean, I played Conquest. Arceus had an entire region descend into civil war to win its favor. Not gonna say Volo was right, but he at least had a valid point.
The only problem I have with the Cha(y)tot kerfuffle is that in the process Mei and Chat’s nickname for the latter unintentionally brands it as Chay-ot.
This is by far my favorite run segment of all times. The banter between the commentators is genuine and left me laughing and shaking my head. Wonderful to see the incentives were met by GDQ and what a beautiful send-off for Mike. Enjoy your vacation and see y'all soon.
There were multiple comments throughout the run about Scarlet and Violette needing updates for performance, and I'd just like to be the one to say it: maybe we stop letting Pokémon, the highest grossing franchise of all time, get away with unfinished and uninspired games?? Maybe next title, choose to not be a part of the positive feedback loop every time they have a buggy, glitch filled money grab scheme with graphics from decades ago, and start holding them accountable with our wallets to put real effort into their games again?
you are very much by far not the only person to say this. literally everyone and their mother has been complaining about it, it's just a topic that's been done to death so much the dead horse is now a pile of dust and people should be allowed to play and enjoy games even if they're heavily flawed without someone getting mad at them and telling them that they should've boycotted it. and boycotting won't do anything, not when the games sell such massive numbers. you are not going to be able to convince millions of people to not buy a game just by pointing out it has issues, even if they are inexcusable issues.
Overworld catching worked for Arceus but I really don’t think it works great for a normal mainline entry in the series. Arceus is super focused on you catching Pokémon and doing a bunch of tasks to fill out the Pokédex, with battling being much less focused. They want you catching tons of the same Pokémon, I just don’t feel it would fit for a normal entry to do that, especially with how easy SV already is

You clicked away too early, Humble Bundle came in with a 60k dono and pushed it over the line just after the pokerap!

I dont know if anyone noticed but I believe the Glahlye you rode past after catching yours was a shiny. I swear I see red eyes.
I'm pretty sure that was just the static alpha Glalie. It's hard to tell with it, since alphas also get red eyes.
