i really like water heater installs. especially watching you use the milwaukee pro press and copper cutter. idk why i like watching those tools being used lol
I noticed you didn’t ream or clean the copper or PVC. I also didn’t see you use any flux on the copper pipe. Why is that?… And, what size and schedule pvc and copper did you use.

Have a whole play list of water heaters
One of the few installers I see connecting the condensate for the exhaust. Great job bud
Nice when the install is 20 ft from the trucks. Great video
I always enjoy seeing the tools you have that save hours of labor.
A failed honeywell smart valve? Such a surprise...
Goo job. Hope you can get some boiler install footage.
for your pleasure my day is made
Beautiful install.
Another awesome job guys...
Nice install ... Thx ...
The tag team on water heaters
On pipe dope nylog has one that doesn’t stain and washes off in the laundry.
A team Adam did a test with the nylog pipe dope.
Will clear primer pass inspection in Your state today ?
I have to use purple primer and grey cement for PVC and orange cement for CPVC
That surprise boiler day 2 coming?
Looks good bud 👍🏻
Did you notice the pvc vent discoloration? Definitely getting overheated. See that all too often
Has to be CPVC pipe in Canada on power vented water heaters and tankless
I'm gonna get jinxed by watching all these water heater installs. Mine will probably die soon
Good; about time you did a water heater... too much HVAC work lately. Remember your true calling Joe.

I will start doing domestic water coil cleanings it will keep me from doing PMs.
Don't put Joe's PVC cutter away on Monday
does that heater have enough air with that door closed???
It has a 6 inch combustion air duct
Look to right of tank. The shiny pipe is bring in outdoor air.
If you make up a short 3/4 id hose to hook up to your pump from tank it will have less restriction than pulling thru a washer fill hose.
