The best thing to do is just make a list of all the places you want to go then figure out where they actually are, then plan your days around that. If you are into gaming, akiharbara. If you want to save money on games, go to book offs plus away from akiharbara. From a fast food standpoint I like mos burger and Yoshinoya. I’d also check out Harajuku and Shibuya station. The team lab things are cool, and otherwise TikTok/ig are good resources for finding cool hole in the wall type stuff. Good luck!

@@Grantuxso if you reserve tickets using the smartEX app at the back of the train, you have access to the back of the train where you can store stuff. Another option are services like Yamato transport global. Your trek is very similar to ours so maybe you’ll see some cool stuff in these videos. There are Pokémon/ Nintendo stores in all three cities, but you’d be fine to just visit one of each. Kyoto and Tokyo have the best ones. Also temples and food are great things to do.
