Hi, thanks for the great video! i Peugeot 307 SW 1.6 16v petrol 2003 109 HP and i think it is the same catalytic converter and instead of wasting more than a 1000 euros i might just clean it and try it again and if it didnt work out i will just buy one and install it myself ... however it looks complicated with this car as with lots of others that have the catalytic converter somewhere at the rear end, which makes it easier to remove .... thanks again! subscribed!

Can you remove the old Catalytic C without removing the radiator? The bend in the piping looks like it pretty tight and that it may have to be moved forward to get it completly out and new one in?

Hi, I am trying to fix that on my car as well. I do not know the problem yet so I cannot promise you the answer. If I fix it I will let you know but cannot say when. You can try to check the following: -is your Air Conditioning system full and do you have a leak? -is your A/C Compressor working fine? -is your AC compressor Clutch engaging? -is your pressure transmitter on low pressure side giving correct reading? -check wiring for the Air Compressor Hope it helps Cheers

Sometimes the second sensor does not work or work incorrectly. I change it and buy an oxygen sensor number two new. But the engine light is working again. The problem is the oxygen sensor. This problem occurs only with me in winter. In the summer. Engine light disappears from work. Can you help me know the problem. Every winter I buy an oxygen sensor number two. But let them be worn again

Show us that you really can remove the Catalytic Converter this way, beause in my experience, it is not possible. First of all, there are 2 more bolts you need to remove, and a bracket. And when that is gone, you still can't get the converter out due to lack of space between the engine block and the radiator. Only way to get it out is by taking an angle grinder, and cut the pipe, so you can drop the converter straight down. And then there is a matter of getting the new one installed. You need to remove the radiator to do thi.s
@@richardkeyen199 you dont have to remove radiator but there are 2 more bolts underneath und brucklet you don have to cut anything i just remove it,catalysator,right now

you are talking how important theseal is..but you neer show it..thats bad. Plus you are skipping parts of the video that are trivial to you..but not to some of the viewers. (like those nuts on the converter with long threads,,that you need to use speacil long keys and the extentions that not everyone has)

Do you know part number for exaust gasket above Catalytic Converter? Is it circle or rectangular shape?

To remove it was easy, to fit and place the bolts in the back was a catastrophe to me
