Her name suits her very well. She's such a sweetheart and truly is a Diamond.
Agnes Sunflower that’s a dumb name
She is a sweetheart and is a much better person than trolls that love to blindly and rudely lash out. As if it's entertaining, because they lack emotional maturity of a decent human being like you and her. I'm one of the 142 people that agree with you.
Chuck Taylor- Having empathy and being supportive actually means you are emotionally competent. You don't honestly care about someone's name all that much. It's a dumb thing to care about compared to issues that actually matter. And besides, there are much worse names to have.
Chuck Finley her name is cool dude chill
@@murderstorys8372 i feel offended because it's my name... every name is beautiful and unique in it's own way
I'm crying she is so sweet. and her voice is as well. She deserves the procedure. Thank God.
Keona jacobs hmm so her appearance is more important than breast cancers sufferers needing surgeries.
+Riley Pettiford when did she say that?😑🙄
lmao you're crying over hair!? kids are out here starving hahahha
she didn't but crying?! lmaoo omg
+Sein “Yvena Oreofe Merritt” Maestro its called being empathetic towards someone else's pain, regardless of what it is. It clearly has a huge impact on her life
I too have PCOS and it is frustrating in so many ways. Unless you have PCOS, you can't understand what people go through.
Michele Williams I also have been diagnosed with PCOS 16 years ago and also have the excessive hair growth. I was prescribed Vanique, I've also tried laser hair removal and trying turmeric facials..
Michele Williams I have pcos too. I got diagnosed with it when I was 18 So it's been a few years. The only thing I really deal with is the weight problem.
Mz. Harrison
Michele Williams but then again you never can really understand for anything unless your out into that situation
Did anyone of it work for you?
I literally cried with her because I also have pcos it's embarrassing, depressing and it makes u feel unwanted and un lady like Smh
Very true😥😥
I want you
@@chrisbranch231 from Ug? Or.
Briana I think you're perfect❤
I suffered from pcos when I was young but never experienced the hair growth so my heart goes out to her
I'm 15 and just got diagnosed for pcos literally 5 minutes ago and I was crying so hard but now that I watched this video, I'm okay and I'm not afraid anymore😁
GRC it will be ok. Could be a lot worse! Didn't check the date before posting sorry. Just breaks my heart. I flipping hate bullies.
proud of you!
GRC 😗😗
GRC Glad that you were able to draw comfort from this video.
I'm so glad you didn't wait many years to get a diagnosis
My niece was diagnosed with PCOS at age 17 without the hair growth and she was told that she probably would never have kids. She got pregnant at age 40 and her baby is fine.
40? How old is she now? Congrats
They told me the same thing but I had a baby with no complications. Women with pcos actually have a longer fertility than normal. I'm almost 40 but look young 20's.
I also have pcos and I'm so grateful for my husband he accepts me totally even pluck my stubborn chin hairs.
Wow! You're lucky.
That's absolutely amazing😄 He's sounds incredible, and adorable. You're so lucky to have found him, id personally settle for someone who'd give me a fraction of the love he shows you. I used to tell my girlfriend all the time what I loved most about her were her features that sperated her from every other girl, some ppl call them imperfections, but that's a bad word for it, cuz I think that uniqueness is what makes ppl truly beautiful.
That's love right there. I too am thankful to have a man that stands by me no matter what we go through.
Real love is awesome, and when you find it you know it. 🖤❤🧡💛💚💙💜🖤
That's my dream ❤️
@@kevinvassago My ex was like that. We work in entertainment and he disliked the talent who had 7 layers of makeup and plastic surgery. He said he loved me because when he looked at me he could tell I was a real person. The "imperfections" made me unique.
She has such loving eyes
And after watching for a little I don't even notice the hair!!! Poor girl:(
shes literally in pain
Ok and what I said is still relevant
Pinupgirl83 Lawson "revalent"
Pinupgirl83 Lawson how is it snarky apparently your spell check wasn't working
Damm who else just wants to reach through the screen and just give her a warm hug?🥺🥺
As a man, I think It’s sad that society makes women feel like facial hair (or any body hair for that matter) is something to be frowned upon. It’s not. It’s just hair and it is in no way unattractive. She is a beautiful woman as all you women dealing with this condition are. Don’t let society tell you your not!
@@brayan6852 totally missed the point
Brayan ...sweet heart..
Brayan lmaoooo
Bruh stop lying you will never date a girl with a beard
JoshyJ1 NINO would date her
She is absolutely gorgeous!!!!! I'm glad she got a diagnosis
Kate The Sleepy Teacher um okay...
Jasmine Little quit being rude
Whats her diamond social media
Kate The Sleepy Teacher hey
I get made fun of all the time I need something or be on doctor because I have pcos I’m 20
My wife has pcos and it effects hair growth but also can make it very difficult to have kids and you won't have your monthly periods on time or often at all but even with pcos my wife and I conceived our son who's now 9 months old
Bryan Miller I have that too. Mine is very unnoticeable.. I want a a baby soon
Bryan Miller, your son is a miracle baby. What a blessing!
congratulations I'm going though it now but I haven't went to the doctor for it
Bryan Miller my best friend suffers as well. She lost 3 pregnancies before finally carrying her rainbow baby to to term...
that's what scares me I've never been pregnant and im 28. I don't think it's fair to him and I think I should let him move on
I think shes very pretty. Even with the facial hair she doesnt really come off ugly or masculine to me. I thought the hair was fake, or stage makeup to be honest cuz it just looked so out of place with her prettiness. Would never have assumed its a real beard. And now that shes getting it lasered off, she can have her beauty unobstructed. Easy fix. I hope she sees herseld as beautiful too.
Cassie Casimir
Mkay
Cassie Casimir she is very beautiful! I have Pcos too. It sucks
I've been triggered
'
Cassie Casimir you're right, it did look out of place with her natural beauty
I have PCOS too. I was crying the entire time because I was like "That's how I feel, that's what I have to do."
And I'm fourteen. I wish I could be friends with this girl.
So am still older than you
Look into spearmint
I also have PCOS there are many different symptoms of it like hair growth, High Blood pressure, High Cholesterol, Weight gain, messed up periods and a few more, I have the high blood pressure, messed up periods and weight gain it is very hard to lose weight, I was diagnosed when I was 16 now 27 it is a daily struggle to lose weight but I'm trying, for anyone out there with PCOS you are not alone and Diamond is Beautiful don't let anyone make ya fell like your not
I have pcos as well
Dear Diamond, If you are reading this: I wish you comfort, love and hope. Good luck to you. I would love to see an update. You deserve your happy ending. You are such a beautiful person.
god bless all women suffering from PCOS
anna b33ch ..thank u.. Bcz I also have a beard.. I shave it after 3days and I have a fiance that loves and accepts me
She's beautiful and I know she will get through this!
I had to shave my chin hairs everyday for years. I finally started electrolysis and I haven't had a beard ever since
how many sessions did it take you and how long have you been doing them?
Im curious too
That’s wonderful now u can feel better ✊🏽 ppl never kno what’s going on in someone’s life
Yea cuz i was like why don’t she get laser
Wow is that painful? I also have the same condition. I only heard of laser hair removal
honestly i have pcos and my facial hair grows way too fast and too dark, so I shave it off. something i dont really admit, but i really appreciate her bravery
Wtf wamen are scary.
She is gorgeous! Glad she got the help she needed.
such a sweet gift....painful gift but it'll all be worth it
Lol Really? A gift? I think you need to go watch the movie called The Gift.
ThaRedPitbull ...you don't think FREE lazer hair removal and FREE psychological services is a GIFT?!?!
Danielle Lipovsky-Staggs
I thought you meant that having hair on her face was gift. You know those people that comment that a person was blessed when they have like 3 extra limbs that don't move.
ThaRedPitbull
Lool...I legit thought you meant PCOS too
I need to get blood work for this pcos cuz it's making some things make sense .-.
You're not alone girl
Abby Hernandez same ❤️️
It is not diagnosed by blood work, you need an ultrasound of your ovaries, and that is not taken OUTSIDE your stomach
You can get a blood test. That's how I was diagnosed.
blood tests are used to rule out other conditions similar to PCOS.
getting an ultrasound done as well
me too, am thinking of seeing a doc as well
I know how she feels, I have PCOS and it had ruined my teens and part of my twenties. It makes you feel like something really is wrong with you, and people don't understand unless they have it too. People questioning your gender, your lifestyle when you just want to be normal and you feel normal. It's hard and I know that same embarrassment-- people looking at you like you're a freak and laughing when you can't control it. I hope people can understand after watching this that a lot of women suffer in silence who have this, it's not fun.
I had asked doctors in the past and they just told me it's common for women to grow some facial hair without helping me or giving me any real answers and I just had to accept that I would never be pretty. I had dealt with this for years in silence till a friend who was a nurse actually explained what it is and the fact that I had a name for it made me feel so much better given that I was 23 and finally had an answer, that I wasn't some kind of monster. I hope she can grow from this and that people and the cruelty in their ignorance can take a step back and see the bigger picture.
Thank u for ur comment too 😊😊
She really is beautiful. She looks amazing and you can tell she has such a sweet and honest soul
I'm 47 years old and I had PCOS since 15 and struggle with a beard growing side burns mustache often teased.I have since had hysterectomy and no ovaries and still battling excessive facial hair. The estrogen they suggest is high risk for cancer so I just keep shaved with a 6 blade so Schick leaves clean and smooth can't afford Lazer and my terrific insurance says it's cosmetic go figure. I don't let it defeat me I have a wonderful husband of 26 years came into marriage with it and my self esteem is great, don't let this define you ladies it happens and God created us so he will help us deal.
I'm glad you have a loving husband but it's hard to picture that happening when I'm too self conscious to even consider dating.
Ha, you have no idea what I look like. I am intelligent and well-read, and have plenty of friends. But I am not remotely gorgeous -- far from it -- and I'm okay with that. I certainly don't pass muster with Milo Yiannapoulous and all the other blowhards who speak about women mainly in terms of whether or not they're attractive. I'll pass but thank you.
Thank you, I'm well aware of that. :) What I meant is that Milo, Rush Limbaugh, and other men with those views tend to say vicious things about women based on their appearance. I strongly disagree with his views on most political issues and would not be compatible with a fan of his.
Rebecca Maynard so YOU let the opinions of people YOU'VE never met, who mean nothing to YOU be an excuse for YOUR lack of courage?
It's not them. It's YOU.
I'm not "picking on you". I'm trying to get you to take agency & go live your life.
Not everyone is going to find you attractive. That's life! But you'll never know the possibilities if you continue to wallow in that excuse.
Get out there & LIVE before you're too old to enjoy it!
Now there are at home laser removal also pulsed light exists that’s what I did
Watching this video has me crying because I'm 23 and I am going through exactly with what she is going through and now I know whats wrong with me
Please go and have a doctor run some tests on you to confirm this is what you have. Don't assume it is the same issue you have. There are other causes for the facial hair. So please do yourself a favor and find out once and for all.
hugs xxxxxx
Mine was diagnosed when I was 19. They put me on MENOPAUSE medicine, yes that is right, the same medicine, because the problem is the same: not enough female hormone. Go get your diagnose so you can start the meds early before all the grand issues.
Cay Enigma I got diagnosed at 15 but I'm on contraceptive pill not menopause medicine
@ MaiseyWright Has it stopped the hair to grow and if you had the dark discoloration did it go away?
I have pcos too. The struggle is real. Stand strong
I had a feeling of exactly what it was when I saw the title.. I have PCOS also . She’s beautiful ❤️
I have pcos and I do get some facial hair but I'm balding on my scalp. The struggle is real girl, stay strong!

You ain't alone honey! Welcome to the family cyster! Getting a diagnosis is the best feeling, now you get the proper treatment. You got this Diamond! ❤️
I am so happy to see this beautiful girl getting the help she needs. She is too amazing to feel so bad. Diamond you ARE beautiful, sweet and a good girl. Don't let those hurtful words from people keep you down.
And.... Thank you because of your diagnosis I can now find the courage to get the help I need at the age of 50, I thought there was no hope for me.
Much love to you and all the Doctors. :D
She is such a lovely girl I hope her treatment works for her. god bless her journey & rebuilding her confidence in her self again! 🙏🏾💙
Diamond seriously thank you!!! You have no idea how many ladies you have helped out
Women with facial or extra hair anywhere shouldn't be called ugly in any way.
Nor should men.

aww the struggle women go through.... shes brave!
She's beautiful. When she cried, she pulled my heart strings
I have facial hair and hair on my chest between my breast. I knew it thad something to do with male hormones, I shave and pluck and go along my Merry way. I feel good for her that she got some help. Not everyone is strong mentally. Thanks to the Drs. for helping her.
I didn't have what you have but last two years my hormones changes and I begin to grow facial/chest hair. The hair are very light but still noticable as you get closer. I'm glad I have the Living God who gives me strength to not worry so much about it and my husband love and accepted me for who I am.
*I don't know this lady personally but, she seems to be a sweet person on the inside. And on the outside, she is soooo beautiful! That's for sure.*
God bless you Melba. This is coming from Melba also.
This is so heart breaking. Always remember that you beautiful inside and out!
I can only imagine how frustrated and stressed she must feel. Being a woman and having to deal with a beard has to be so so so intimidating. I'm so happy that she will get treated and I hope her confidence sky rockets!
Awe man😩 this is so sad. I'm over here fighting off tears😢 I wish I could hug 🤗 her... Just to let her know, it's going to be ok, she's not alone, she is beautiful & there are some kind, caring folk out there. Keep your head up beautiful💕
Update: I'm so happy she got a diagnosis😄 and is able to get the help she wants. So glad they were able to put a smile on that beautiful face. This really made my day 😊
What a lovely woman, and such compassionate doctors.

God bless you diamond. this just made me cry
So encouraging that there are other women struggling with what i have. She is so brave! God bless her!
What a pretty doctor she is. Great job at diagnosing diamond. I hope she gets the help she needs and wants. God bless you all.
What a brave soul! God bless her!
Wait she never googled that?? It's like the first thing that pops up when you google it.
Cyn V butches b stupid
Cyn V she said she didn’t really want to know
She probably wanted to see a doctor to know
If that’s the actual reason she has the excessive hair
she is seriously self conscious and thinks that a doctor would also judge her, therefore she can't get proper diagnosis. self diagnosis is a load of bullshit you never know what you really got
IF you watched the other video it said she didnt have social media or anything like that
I wish I could squeeze her and help her feel okay.
i feel for this beautiful young woman so much. You came so far to achieve help! thats such a huge step. i sure hope today her life is more happy and amazing.
I’m so glad this beautiful lady has her diagnosis and I wish her nothing but a wonderful, happy life 😊
She's so sweet and beautiful I hope she finds happiness and the confident
I have PCOS as well, and I have experienced so many unfortunate symptoms because of it. I really feel for this girl - I know what it's like when you feel your body is betraying you.
I'm surprised that PCOS is still a surprise to some. It is very common and I wish more people understand the issues...medical/physical/emotional that it creates. It affects women of all races, sizes, and economic statuses. I do not have it, but have had many friends dealing with it. Many didn't know what was going on until fertility issues came into play. Good luck to her!
I would love to see a follow up on her! What great strength and courage she has, And she is beautiful!
She’s BEAUTIFUL! So glad she got the help she needed!
PCOS is one of the most difficult endocrine disorders to deal with as it causes these effects as well as other physical effects like facilitated weight gain, (while it's extremely hard to lose weight), diabetes, severe and painful acne, irregular periods, and many other symptoms. It can also cause a major on-bringing of emotional effects such as anxiety and depression, and eating disorders. As a PCOS sufferer myself, I have experienced ALL of these symptoms, and it has truly been overwhelmingly difficult to deal with. I am so, so incredibly proud of this woman. To bring this disorder to the public's attention and to step out and question her symptoms national television is yet another big step towards getting more answers for this disorder. Much love towards this beautiful soul. She deserves all the things she received from stepping forward to the public and more. ❤️
so true. I have PCOS too. I dont have beard but I have a thin hair, acne, body hair, menstruation problem. weight gain I even lost my ovary because of cyst and I had endometrial hyperplasia. anxiety is part of me.
Sorry to hear you went through all that, I pray you get better and it's important the awareness is getting out there.
What do you do to treat it?
Brave, beautiful girl! So proud of her for being the face of this issue...you're a super hero!
I understand where shes coming from not feeling beautiful i have the acne and some facial hair now that im eating healthier and excercising my acne is clearing up alot but i hope she start feeling more confident shes gorgeous
Elbony Brewton I believe we all have some issue that makes us feel insecure. I too suffer from acne and acne scarring. but despite your flaws, you are wonderfully and beautifully made. 😀

absolutely *
Same here. Mine isn't intense like hers but I have to shave once a week and, I have a mild form of acne around the jaw and under my chin. Once I shave, you don't even notice but I still feel insecure on the inside. I hope to get my hormones checked so I can deal with this issue once and for all.
clip11 I see why you dont have a pic of yourself up so im gonna end the convo, not worth being ignorant for a few giggles smh
clip11 Great for you I hope you are happy for yourself
She’s so beautiful and I’m so happy she feels great about herself now! Whoever made her feel bad should be ashamed because so many woman suffer from this! Her sharing her story shows how powerful she really is. 💜
I have pcos since I'm 15. I'm so happy this woman got her answer and I wish her the best from one pcos woman to another!
I too have PCOS since I was in my 20s. And till this day I get judged and rejected by people due to the obstacle's I have in my life. She beautiful in my eyes and I stand by her. As for me, honestly, when I look at myself, I still don't look beautiful!!!
Alicia Mirelle Emmanuel don't let them ignorant people make u feel that way always remember many women who are going through this i have it and my family think im weird so i cut them all off its not easy but i know what u going through all the best to you sis 😊
People with PCOS can have kids.
Ashie Spence A lot of women with PCOS have kids, it might be difficult but it is totally doable.
Ashie Spence You are welcome, you also know a lot of women have PCOS. In the UK, i think it is 1 in 4 women but it only flares up when there is a significant weight gain or other underlying health conditions.
Yes i had the same problem i put on so much weight but i changed my life around this year i lst 20 kilo im fit and healthy now i get regular periods and i hope i can get pregnant by next year i just got married
She looks good on the outside and inside. Sad to see people hurt like this. Depression is a deadly disease. Idk what pcos is like but I've been through depression. I hope she knows her beauty
To be honest, she rocks that stubble. She's gorgeous!

xkillzbillzx right . She's still pretty.
i’m crying! she’s beautiful and she will get through it!!!!!
She is extremely beautiful from inside out.I totally felt every word she said.God bless her!
What a beautiful woman. PCOS sucks.
I have PCOS and struggle from facial hair growth too. I also have tried waxing/ shaving every day. It's hard especially now dealing with infertility.
Brittany Novello I'm in the same boat it sux :( but I'm glad I found I'm not the only one
Don't worry much dear... I'm on the same boat and last year gave birth to a baby girl without any complications. .just eat right .. take care of your body ... regular exercise ... you can beat it..I still have facial and body hair but don't care much now
I'm 30 and have literally been told I'm infertile since I began menstruating and having horrible cramps and heavy periods at a really young age. doctors are like you wanna get pregnant from someone just look at you, have the cysts removed otherwise theyre not cancerous or bothering anyone!!! I'm like uh how do I get rid of the facial hair tho! that's the important part right now
I have pcos, and a misshapen uterus. The only things Doctors have given to me is birth control... It's hard especially when you're trying to have children. It's so darn hard. 😔
Breann Ault i have the same problem and so does my sister. Don't worry though cause i was able to have to kid's but i can't have anymore and my sister had one there is hope. take your birth control regularly for a few months then after your period, stop taking it's the first method the doctors will try. it might work
Phoebe Collins I haven't had a period since last October and I've been on it for about 6 months regularly now...
Breann Ault and also you can ask the doctors for metformen it helps a little
they give you straight estrogen and that can start Your period
I know this is difficult to believe but you don't have to LIVE WITH PCOS you can do natural thing to get RID OF IT. I had endometriosis a 6.9 cm cyst AND a fibroid. I was told they wanted to do surgery to remove the cyst and they wanted to put me on birth control to help reduce the cyst and to control the endometriosis. I was in crazy pain and took 800 mg of Ibuprofen every 4-6 for at least 6 months. A friend recommended me to the people that help her CURE her thyroid AND lung CANCER within 5 months as opposed to the year treatment of chemo. I went to them and my whole life is changed my cyst is now 2cm, fibroid is so tiny they can hardly see it and the symptoms of the endometriosis is GONE. All I did was change my diet and take natural things for my hormones.
The girl has high testosterone and most likely it's her adrenals that need to be fixed so they can balance out her hormones. Don't listen to these doctors, modern medicine has been around for only a little over 100 years. They don't know it all and you can do "alternative medicine" that's been around for centuries and FIX your problem, and have babies.
BTW birth control is synthetic hormones and that's really NOT good for you, you can take natural things that will fix your hormones and not prevent you from having children.. Agnus cactus is one, put you gotta find out what your levels are at. Don't just live with it FIX IT!!
I am so glad I finally get to put a name on this condition. Thank u to all women who dare ask 4 help. And thank u to all people sharing their tips.
This is life giving.
The courage in this women is amazing!!
I had PCOS, it was a tough time. I didn't have the hair growth, but had other symptoms with periods etc. I hope she sees positive results from the treatment.
chriggle1 if you "had" it, you still have it, it's not cure-able
I will rephrase that. My gynaecology doctor said that having a child may help my hormone levels after the pregnancy, and now I am more or less symptom free. I use the progesterone only pill to help regulate my hormones too.
I am noticing some new symptoms, but it may be that I am pre-menopausal. I have other health issues that may also be factors too.
As with lots of health conditions , the PCOS is stable for the moment, but that may well change in my 40's. I am 40 in 2 weeks time.
chriggle1
I have the same thing too...except I have all symptoms which sadly includes the hair growth. I also take progesterone pills and metformin every day. It sucks.
such a brave woman for bringing this to light
I'm a sufferer of this. it can be a living nightmare and the hair growth isnt limited to the face either. weight gain is another. constant struggles
Autumn hello I have it too also my daughter and I’ve put on weight
And people always say to me
O you’ve gone fat and you look like grandmum .
🙀it’s sad how people have to judge only outward look instead of the looking at the person inside .
It does get me so down .
One day god will make us all well ...
by ....
What an absolute sweetheart and thank you to the doctors who helped her and are helping her, with hormone treatments and a laser you will feel a lot better about yourself inside and out, and you are definitely beautiful Dimond ❤hugs honey
From one sufferer to another your Stunning & I can completely relate xx
She is so beautiful. God bless her. She is really brave. ❤❤❤❤
Electrolysis is completely permanent. My friend has PCOS and her hair is permanently gone. She still has issues with having kids but at least her beard is gone
It doesnt always work for people w pcos
Leigh Ann You are right!!
I won't lie I've got so much treatments but it's worth it I have no regrets with laser hair treatment but it's always good to get lab work to help the underlying issues in one's body
Dora Benavidez is your skin smooth or do you have a shadow as if you shaved? I'm not being funny, I really want to know. I have it too
This is what I need is it expensive?
I have pcos and it sucks!!! My heart goes out to this woman because its so hard!
I’m so happy for her and crying watching this.
I am so glad she got a diagnosis....it runs in my family as well...my cousin and my sister and I all have this, and I also have problems with hirsutism (excessive hair growth) with PCOS. She is a beautiful woman and I wish her all the love in the world
I'm so glad they have diagnosed her condition and are giving her the tools to deal with the underlying emotional pain. Most people have no idea the self condemnation women with facial hair go through. No idea.
soulstrenth crusader yes ma'am. It is truly horrible.
I cry too when I see people helping people! ❤❤❤
She has a sweet personality & she's still beautiful! I hope everything works out for her & she will get the excess hair permanently removed.
I have pcos too so I know what she is going through!
She deserves so much happiness.
I've been struggling with this for years now I know what it is I'm so going to the doctor tomorrow
She is so beautiful no matter what .
OMG! I CRIED LIKE A TODDLER! I feel for her because she's seen how mean and rude the public can be.
wow u cried for us?...
What a beautiful woman she is. I'm literally in tears right now❤️❤️❤️
Thank you for helping everybody with this problem that took guts girl
It's absolutely painful to watch women go through things that you would probably never experience. I hope she's better and she got rid of the problem. :)
I've been suffering since I was 10. I would literally kill for this help. I just want to go one day without dealing with it.
No beard in your profile pic...
I totally understand her pain and frustration. I have PCOS along with all the symptoms that come with it except for acne. Drinking spearmint tea has actually helped slow the growth of my facial hair and DCI has helped me with regular menstruation.
I used to think PCOS was a death sentence but after much research and listening to my body it is now under control.
I wish her the best and hope that the laser hair removal gives her the confidence she needs to see her beauty and kick PCOS in the derrière😊
what brand and how often do you drink the spearmint tea i also have PCOS and grow hair under my chin i usually wax or tweeze it.
Shannel Johnson I use Davidsons Organic Spearmint Loose Leaf Tea (Amazon.com). I drink a cup 2 times a day
