  • For all of us at Exo Mtn Gear, a hunt is about much more than a trophy. A hunt is an experience of new and wild places, personal challenges, shared memories, and majestic animals. The experience is hard to put into words. And it certainly cannot be captured or portrayed in a photo. Even this video only provides a glimpse into the experience. Nonetheless, we hope you enjoy this film and are inspired to pursue your own Exo Experience.

Ethical, calculated, precise, and professional. Exactly why I’m in full support of Exo and exactly why I wear a k4 on all of my hunts. Congrats on a great goat. Fantastic hunt.

Great capture, love the experience of this corner of Alaska. It's a region I haven't visited, despite growing up in AK, but this film really showcases the beauty of the country. Would love to see more EXO films, with a similar cinematic but humble approach. Would live to see more showcasing of the gear though, especially the pack. Let's see some close ups and slomos of the pack features and functions, like loading game bags full of meat, etc! 😅

I had a much much smaller adventure last year, but it was a big one for me. 5 days in the Canadian bush, several kms away from anyone. It rained solid the first 3 days. I spent the whole time alone, under a tiny tarp, all my solar stuff dead after a night Ana half, just a tiny kerosene lamp for light. I was going nuts, but man did I hunt hard the last two days. Ended in a moderate success, and this fall I'll know the place much better.
