there is a secret room in the Livre Ex Machina after putting a bookcase (use the skill to catch objets with a giant hand) on a switch which is upright, in a room with moving bookcases. It is a missable secret room not visible in the map.

I used the fairie to help me find the walls. I was already done finding all walls by the time I beat Bael. Yes, just like SOTN the fairie helps you. Lol
There's another breakable wall in the Inferno Cave past where Orobas is. High jump in the area past the boss area, go to the right where you have multiple Zepars. Come down from the upper platforms and go to the left. There's a breakable wall there, can't remember the item but it's another ring I think.
You can use all 3 of these at the same time: Welcome Companion Shard that summons the Paintings will break any hidden cracks in walls, ceilings or floors. Detective Glasses Shard will highlight any breakable surface in Green if it is within the radius of the circle surrounding Miriam. The Fairy Companion will give an audible signal and hover by hidden things within a certain range. She also sings if you play the Piano.
A bit more coherence would be nice. There's no rhyme or reason in the order these secrets are shown In one part you might go to one room only to come back to the exact same room like few secrets after. Makes this thing rather frustrating to follow.
I did the best i could at the time. Agree with ya, but it is what it is now :) Should be helpful enough, mostly secrets are easy with that thingy showing them. You can also find a map marked with all the room secrets on my site.
lol i found my last square of the map in the twin dragons tower on the top right corner of the right tower on the opposite side where you find the aegis plate

This video's a mess... It would've been better to start a NG+ and THEN show every secret. I count 18 secret rooms (not counting breakable walls) all of which i have and i'm stuck at 99.90%. Surely the breakable walls (the ones that don't have an actual room behind them) don't count towards completion right?
There is 18 in my video and of course i uploaded one video additionally because i actually managed to forget to include 2 video clips: ruclips.net/video/cs48CxnuDt4/видео.html You can also find whole map in description. What i can do is take those pictures and paint them where secret rooms are. See if you miss that one room from the new video and make sure you discovered room where the last boss (its big and some people did not discovered it whole).
I've looked at other maps people have done online and i still only count 18 rooms, i missed the one with the santa hat on my first playthrough but everywhere else ihas been filled in.

I've found everything but the map completion stays at 99,7 :( It might be bugged somehow because the completion didn't go up for the last few secret rooms I found. Oh well maybe I can get 100% on the hard playthrough.

you can also use the Carabosse familiar , she will direct you to any breakable walls by literally waiting by it and saying "this wall looks strange/peculiar" or something like that
No, for map trophy you only need 100% od the map, meaning breakable walls doesnt count if they dont reveal map. Its just a bonus to collect items, which you will need anyway since there is all items trophy

I was at 99.90% too, until I found out that the last bit of map was in the last boss room. I never ran to the other end of it lol.... That might be what happened to you as well.

Its a letal ring, the crit damage up one

Im using the Book Spell and stick to the wall on every wall i meet. The spell book that protecting hero can also destroy all crumbling wall

Check the map in description, and make sure that you uncovered all in towers area where there are some overlaping rooms

Try checking tower area, some rooms overlap, and also last boss room. Game should not be bugged, you just miss some rooms
