For the accelerator shard, I used the Aegis plate armor like you but no speed belt or high up. I just kept double jumping and dive kick and when I get to the parts the required high jumps, I used invert.
I'm having an issue with using high jump ability (PC Version). From a standing or running positions & using the ability diagonally up in either direction, it doesn't work consistently or some times not at all. It causes her to backstep instead (very annoying). Same issue on keyboard & mouse with default settings "Q" but it also causes the shortcut menu to pop up. Anyone else having these issues?

Hey I know this is late but go to the crafting menu and scroll like you're going to craft a weapon or armor, there's a shards menu in that and i'm pretty sure that's where you'll find the high jump craft shared dealy.
You need to get the Invert ability, it’s at the fire 🔥 level, close to the water and sand level. Once you have obtained the invert ability , go to the Twin towers , where a two headed dragon 🐉 serpent was . And there are two places where that ability has to be used in order to obtain the Aegis Plate , man I got glitch out of the world because a chair that I sat on started bouncing around and took me to another room, but I guess it shouldn’t supposed to do that and it got me stuck under the level , I tried teleporting using that wayward thingy but still under the level, I had to reset my gameplay, luckily I had saved . Lol 😆
I will check when i get back in the game, i have 92% items now, one trophy left. In around 3-4h i can check. Some items you can craft only if you have some other in inventory. Also make sure you have all recipes collected.

Once you craft the items ,most of them should appear at the store with Dominique. Doing the slaying quest and the food quest also help a little bit also there’s a guy that farm three types of seed and there’s a woman that want items from you so she can bury the mementos of the npc that we never see in this game lol .

I found the race SUPER simple with the skill that has the line that bounces around. Aim it right and it shoots you insanely far ahead of the guy.
For that race: I used the Penetrate Skill with the spear weapons. You move INSANELY fast with that charge as long as you hold the attack button.

You also can do this katana special move >□ to win the race easily, i don't know the correct name of that move 🤔
This game would be even better if it wasn’t so easy with the shards. It’s a hard challenge on hard mode.

It works better as an air ability.
Try using high jump while in the air, this way you don't even need to hold up

High Jump? Make sure you own al ingredients to craft it (but it should show even if you dont have). The only requisite is to have double jump shard.

There is a unique armor similar to Spike Breaker from SoTN. It'll protect you from spikes and iron maidens.

High jump is L1 plus up and acc you need to equip into blue slot, you use it with r1
