Tes opeus and Tis Raif work wonders, the former garunteed to track him in the second half, and the ladder bouncing all over the arena doing huge chunks of damage
You want to beat this guy effortlessly in like a minute? Get a Stinger from a Sidhe, the fairy enemies who drop the Healing shard, since it inflicts poison and this guy is vulnerable as fuck to it. Keep him poisoned and just kick back and dodge until he drops dead. Same with any human enemy, even the Doppleganger.
When I first fought him, he just spammed "A cursed order! A cursed order! A cursed order!" and ran from me a lot more. I was often like "Come back here you coward." But regardless I loved the boss fight. I especially adored concept of fighting on a circular arena
To be fair, are we really blaming an old man who throws bottles of shit and the occasional weak-assed spell for running from Miriam the demonic walking nuclear bomb who slays the armies of hell by the thousands?
Depends on whether you farmed every food or not. Also, hard mode is apparently VERY hard. Also, I like how "Old man that throws rocks that explode" is your definition of when it gets hard.
Dammit I wanted him playable just like in curse of the moon....why all the cool male spellcasters like him and barlowe(and shaft too I guess) are only enemies??...it seems some things never change....
@@flaccidpringle yeah well he is in both curse of the moon games now....if they are changing the protagonist to be female this time then they should change the "all spellcasters are female belnades related" like it was in castlevania...I am really hoping he is playable like zangetsu...
One of the most misunderstood bosses in the whole game. We thought he was trying to revive the Alchemist Guild, but he was trying to undo the damage they caused.
For this fight I used gram and greatsword skills, dude you may be fighting bosses, but you don't use none of the weapon skills at all, if you had a dagger you can throw it, if you had a greatsword you can close in on an enemy and do massive damage, my max hit at lvl 35 for this fight was 305, like this fight is hella short when you use skills
It's outright effortless if you keep him poisoned. Human enemies are very vulnerable to it, it takes him down in like a minute, and a weapon that inflicts it is the Stinger, which you'll have at least 20 of if you've been farming Sidhes for the healing shards.
How is it that the game isnt released yet but you tube is full of game play? ...... Is this ritual of the night? Are you a beta tester with the full game? So this is the final version? Why I have to wait if the game is ready?
I love how Alfred's running animation makes it seem like he's going "OHFUCKOHFUCKOHFUCKOHFUCK"
Just use Riga Storæma(8) and Chaser Arrow(9), they both follow the circular arena. I was barely touched 😄

Thank you! I used those spells and managed to kill him! It wasn't easy as I haven't upgraded to max those spells, but I've done it first try!

I was having so much trouble with this guy because I was pretty underleveled when I got here. Thank you so much dude.
@@dannymerfeld7711 You're welcome dude
bro you’re a lifesaver, thanks!!
bro, thank you so much, i hate this boss fight, this bro only runs and throw shit, thnkx bro
Amazing boss fight! Loved the circular room and Alfred's moveset!

That's more like it. Seems the back half of the game is where it starts getting tough.

@@DairunCates and then nightmare mode, capped at lvl 1 lol, this fight probably take an hour on that mode, and one hit = dead
@@monk9803 curse is not canon
@@sinfulreaper5025 Not canon to RotN anyway. Curse and Ritual are two separate canons. Especially now that there's a CotM2.
No one:
Absolutely no one:
Sword Spirit: DIE!
Sword spirit is just like the sword familiar in Symphony of the Night, "SLASH!!!"

Just as there is a female Belmont Hunter, there should have been a male Belnadez Wizard lol
Such a neat boss fight, and a great character! I love this game!!
Like they wanted to make an overly obnoxious bastard to make you throw your controller.
When I fought him, he was way more aggressive
When i played as a katana user, i spammed Jinrai on this fight. Not only it can easily reach him, but can deal a nice damage.
Young master Alucard growing old, and fightin' like Sir Barlowe...
Fight starts
Miriam stands completely still
Alfred throws the sauce and completely misses 🤣
not on hard mode

For me, this Battle is a Final, The scenarie and all... Perfect
I’m at level 30, should I grind or am I good to go?
I fought him at lv.50, cheese him with 9/9 water splash and 9/9 throwing axe. I farmed too much didn't I...
What does he have equipped that stops him from flinching when hit?
Stubborn old Man, a legendary rank equip
@@corjonbett Thanks. This would have been helpfull 5 years ago lol😀
No special ability gained?
You gained it downstairs after the fight. It's the amazing ability to...
Sink in water.
Reminds me Shanoa's vs Barlowe
"stupid disciple!"
yes but barlowe was so much easier

6/18 is the release date, that is today, depending also on your timezone, some backers might have gotten their copies earlier

Literally most boring thing in game
this arean was cool andfighting a wizard was fun.
I just fought him with just gram lol.
Lol
Gameplay reminds me of super smash bros and ff
You haven't played a lot of Metroid or Castlevania games, have you?
Percival917 I recently watched castlevania so I see how that fits in
