I have taken this course 2 years ago and even after I am not very regular with the exercises, I still feel that certain changes have become kind of permanent.
Hey! Love the video. I have a naturally deep voice, but recently I've noticed a problem that makes my voice high-pitched and painful. I can't seem to find the root cause, only clues. For example, chin tucks make my voice deeper, sometimes back neck stretches help, and muscle relaxers also have a similar effect. I know this is related to tension, but I can't seem to find a lasting solution, and it really hurts when I speak. I've tried speech therapy and singing lessons, but no one has been able to solve my problem.
Hey😊, as a teacher i want to ask you something, I am practicing these things to DEEPEN MY VOICE . please tell me i am doing right ? Please add and suggest whatever you want to add Step 1 ) took a sip of water And start yawning for 1 min Step 2) humming sound Then head raising humming Step 3) growling ( i don't know how to do it correctly) Love from INDIA
This is not what I suggested. You might want to watch again and pay attention to my instructions more precisely. I also have more I depth videos that tackle this, would you like me to share?
@vocabilities first of all I appreciate your work, I hope the algorithm puts you to where you belong. I'm working on bringing out of my richer tones, my voice is naturally quite airy so I've noticed with daily practice using the technique that focuses on developing larynx work, I've been able to draw upon that and start to add tone to words. My goal is voice acting, however I have been lucky enough to get a role in a short film, so I want to make sure I have a full range available.
Ive been practicing a deeper voice cuz i voice act in it and it was difficult for me to maintain it for longer but after like learning the technique's from ur video they worked faster then i thought they would thank you sir 🫡
I have a deep voice, but apparently my voice gets deeper and clearer only when nobody is around me (ie, I feel more comfortable talking to myself, or ventilating thoughts). When I'm next to a group, or at work, my voice changes and get a little bit nasal, and not so deep, also I stutter a lot and my voice cracks. How do I switch this situation?
This sounds largely due to social discomfort. You don't simply "switch" these things, you gotta get to the root cause. Its an emotional response that triggers physiological changes. Have you thought about therapy? Perhaps even hypnosis?
@ImproveYourVoice Yeeeah...Well, I was kinda expecting therapy would be the last option in this case, and just will power would suffice to my treat my issue. I did therapy once when I was younger, but that didn't work out pretty well, because my ego stepped on my way.
When i have cough my sounds good. But once cough gone 😢 its back to nroaml voice , when ii have coiugh i feel way too much confident speaking . But once it gone i feel tired speakinh 😢
I have a lot of nasal voice, i mean more than 65-75% voice come out from my nose. By doing your 8-week course or adv. articulation course will it fix my problem Or Anymore i need to do. It would great help for me if u can help me
That all depends on what causes the issue. The 8 week covers a lot of ground but sounds like you would benefit from a speech pathologist or accent coach.

In course IMPROVE YOUR VOICE, does there video that DEEPENS VOICE? I saw 8 weeks, in which week you PARTICULARLY focused on deep voice ?
less air = lower voice, resonance for volume! got it!
Not as straight forward as that tbh. lol. 😂 space, length, freedom, release. Get playing with it. What are you after?

False Cord use too... like throat singing.
Hmm, not sure if that counts for everyday speaking. Be a bit weird, eh?

It takes time my friend. Many suffer (including myself) You need to find a way to sidestep that ego and do whats best for you!

It's because you hear yourself differently I reckon. It sounds deeper, more gravelly and almost has more character, is that correct?
🎉
Party time?
@ImproveYourVoice I ain't partying, celebrating your videos 🔥😍
🤯 yuss 😎

Did you see my video on nasal voice?
@@vocabilities Yes i did, probably i am not practicing enough
(drum roll) ...and the #1 secret to a deep voice... have nads bigger than james earl jones!!! (music) paul shaffer
How big do you think Mike Tysons nads are?
@@vocabilities bigger than mine!!
And yet, not a deep voice!
Is that why certain accents are called "plum accents"?!
