Robin Gibb....one of the best vibrato voices in musical history. Never to be repeated or duplicated in this life time. I was a teenager when this came out and remember it like it was yesterday. Music of today can not touch this. I can not remember some of todays music that was put out last year. The Gibb brothers music shall last us a lifetime.
Correction: Pop-music of today can not touch this. Just one example of a fantastic musician and singer of today is Devin Townsend. Very different genre(s) but he is fantastic in everything he does.

Many people from those generations can hardly say a complete sentence in English, but they will always be able to sing or hum along with Bee Gees' songs. That's how influential the Gibbs brothers were, or still are.

Does any else think this is a singing duel between Robin and Barry? Robin is so good that Barry has to sing even better. It results in amazing vocals by both brothers. Personally I give the win to Robin, but I was always partial to his voice, and this was the first Bee Gees song I ever heard when I was 9 or 10. I was pretty blown away.

Robin WAS the lead singer for a time, but then falsetto came in, and Barry could do it. Robin left the band once, because he felt Barry was getting all the attention. They were ALL so talented, and some one has to be the lead singer. He came back, and I'm so glad he did. Bee Gees forever!!! And now Barry is a Christian, thanks to Ricky Scaggs, and thinking of moving to Nashville and recording solo. That would be great. He'd be busy, and it would help his sorrow. August 20, 2017

I remember, as a little kid, when "I Started a Joke" came out and I fell in love with this song and would cry when I heard it on the radio. I never knew who did the song, but I will always remember it. When the Bee Gees started their meteoric rise to disco fame, I liked these guys, too. It was only later, that I found out that the Bee Gees also did "I Started a Joke", so I deduced that I was a Bee Gees fan, long before the 70s. =)

Have just visited the Bee Gees wall at Redcliffe in Australias Sunshine Coast where these boys grew up. Was so awesome and what a beautiful wee town. I so loved it.

I've been a fan for many years, but just discovered that there were some gems before the falsetto voices took over. I still enjoy the "Greatest Hits", but intend to delve deeper into their early years. Robin's voice is remarkable and here he looks like he gained a few pounds and looks handsome. I've been a fan for many years, but just discovered that there were some gems before the falsetto voices took over. I still enjoy the "Greatest Hits", but intend to delve deeper into their early years. Robin's voice is remarkable and here he looks like he gained a few pounds and looks handsome. Wish he was still here, singing with Barry and Maurice. Barry is all alone now, but still singing.

Back in 60's this memorable songs of bee gess i always played in the jukebox..oh so sad that recently i watched the interview of barry that robin and mo have passed away.. your songs forever in my heart..RIP
