Super easy, soft and moist orange loaf cake recipe. Easy Baking

Super easy, moist and fluffy orange loaf cake recipe, without mixer.
Prep time: 15 minutes.
Baking time: 1 hour 10 minutes.
Total: 1 hour 25 minutes minutes.
RECIPE:
All ingredients must be room temperature
200g sugar
1-2 tbsp orange zest
3 eggs
80ml (1/3 cup) vegetable oil
120ml (1/2 cup) fresh orange juice (from 2-3 oranges)
120ml (1/2 cup) greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
250g (2 cups) plain flour (I highly recommend using scales to measure flour)
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
GLAZE:
100g (1 cup) icing sugar
2 tbsp fresh orange juice
Bake in a preheated oven at 180C / 360F / Gas mark 4.
Baking time: 1 hour 10 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
Every oven is different, cooking times may vary slightly, keep checking it every 5 minutes after 1 hour of baking.
