It's 12 because any more than that and you step up into a much more rigorously controlled class of vessel, much like going over 500 GRT (a measure of internal volume).

Hi Nick / Paul i follow both channels, both of your channel are great that, Nick gives perspective on the different yachts / prices/ accommodation etc, but Paul your channel gives a great insight if you were wealthy enough to charter an amazing vessel, i also follow the chef, i must say she is talented and turns out amazimg food, so big up to you all for your brilliant vids, kerp it up and cant wait for more installments 👍
Both of your RUclips channels show us places we wouldn't maybe see. Loon with the charter in the Med and Carribbean. See places I may never visit. Nick we see the major international yacht shows and some fabulous yachts. So I have subscribed to both your channels, for the variety of the yacht world. Thanks.
As Paul said the HR side would be the hardest. I worked in the Ski Industry where you work and play with all the employees and are often friends. I found it very hard when you had to discipline someone.
