Thanks for the video. I purchased a Glow Plug for my 06- 6.6 GMC and the voltage was wrong, It was 4.85V. Took it back and got 4.7V. The retaining nut for the connector was rusted so bad the 8mm socket wouldn't fit the nut, I had to use a 9/32 - 1/4 inch drive socket and it broke off. I drenched the exterior of the Glow Plug with Liquid Wrench several times and had a little resistance but I casually put pressure on it and came out smoothly. The biggest problem installing it was the inner fender splash shield retainer clips. I had to chisel all of them off because the tabs on the inserts all broke off and I couldn't get the inserts out.. I guess that was to be expected with One Million One Hundred Thousand Kilometers on the truck.
Very well done! Simple to the point, good video. Socket size was a key factor! Thank you!
