Loved the video and it makes me happy to see you teaching! I will leave a tip for your followers about the packaging showing through. You don't mind it, but I do, haha, and others might. So I just take a piece of sandpaper and sand the packaging and that takes the brightness of the print and color away. If anything still showing through, I don't recognize it as anything (like Ortega taco shells) but a little color, so it is then okay with me. Sanding also helps the glue to "grab" on the slick cardboard. Just a thought...

I have been trying to find my journaling style. I describe myself as plain and simple. I LOVE anything sparkly(tho I HATE glitter!), laces, brilliant colors. But, I dress in blacks and black/white designs, will only wear what I call “dark sparkle”(think silver painted black and then rubbed off), own nothing lacy. No, I am NOT goth or emo.🤣 Anyway, I LIKE your style. Pretty. Simple. Functional. Fun. I like Joanna Clough, 49Dragonflies, The Paper Outpost. But, they still aren’t me. I’d also been thinking a lot about the pages; bulk, sticking out etc. Plus whether I should use material or card/paper. So I think you’ve covered most of my mental debates with myself! 🤯🤯 most surfaces are stacked with piles of stuff waiting to be put together…so perhaps now I’ll get on with it. 🤗💕

Oh you can and should totally do that! I didn’t wrap the paper because I don’t like wrapping card stock since it gets bulky, but I will if the paper is thinner. Wish I would have mentioned that. Oh well, maybe next time. Thanks!! 💖
