Robotic Palletizer

The updated process for this company allowed our automated solution to receive sealed, weighed bales of insulation directly to the Yaskawa robot. What once took many employees to stack these bales 8 layers high, replace and position pallets, and manually wrap the final pallet, was automated with a robot, pallet destacker, and wrap station.
