Imagine reducing the number of employees needed to operate your facility from 14 hourly employees to only 3 per shift. The updated process for this company allowed our automated solution to receive sealed, weighed bales of insulation directly to the Yaskawa robot. What once took many employees to stack these bales 8 layers high, replace and position pallets, and manually wrap the final pallet, was automated with a robot, pallet destacker, and wrap station.

How much is one of these?
Not really running smoothy :D
A whole robot and its control system just to move a pallet forward is inefficient thinking, while a more simple machine can do the same job and would have a better cost-benefit. Robots and their systems are not cheap.
Where do offices do you have any in Alabama
That equipment will not last one year in real production and will cost thousands to keep up. There is no need for all that moving parts

I feel like i've seen the exact same pallet sawmill design from another manufacturer in the past
Accurate, there was a cooperative design and build on the first machine. As far as the mechanical aspects of the machine, there are multiple machines in the industry that share similar characteristics.
Awesome reverse engineering you even copied the design flaws from Timber automation’s machine…at least you could have made some cosmetic changes…☹
Actually, the first machine (Adairsville, GA) was a cooperative design and build. Timber handled certain parts while Alliance handled others. Timber decided to not proceed with the future machines to focus on larger machines in the lumber industry, leaving Alliance to handle all aspects of future machines. #TheMoreYouKnow

Current systems run about 100 pallets per hour.

This does a fair job. First application like this I have seen that does well. How is the maintenance on this thing?
This machines needs 4 full time maintenance men keeping it running, on average it has 53weeks of down time every year and maintenance cost are about $500,000 per year.
what is the rod used for?
3 years late.. but in MY experience, when you put marks on an acrylic rod, and shine a led light through the length of the rod, it diffuses/spreads the light so it shines through the entire length of the rod.... kind of like a neon tube effect

@@cikuwatthose rods were for the chrysler town and country minivan the rear over head lights, led shined in the end, illuminate whole rod, I assembled 80% of that exact machine.
