Headliner configurations regularly change, with variations in sun roof features, internal lighting configurations, and safety equipment. Alliance Automation works with Tier Suppliers to design stiffener machines, headliner fixtures, assembly tables, and related equipment for each headliner variety. We offer base machines with interchangeable quick change tooling for the different headliner styles, saving cost and space.
