Our team tackled this multi-phase palletizing project for Lakeview Farms by removing repetitive tasks and reallocating employees to value-added positions. This robotic palletizing cell provided solutions that resolved manufacturing challenges like high labor costs, labor sourcing and centrally locating the palletizing area.
