As I said in another discord channel when I could try this passive in wide length, I like this passive a lot, but it's too RNG dependent. Not only you need to spawn near a town/city to max it's productivity, you have just a 15% chance to get it if skill is at +20. I would recommend this passive in a build more centered around lvl 2/3 transforms, not lvl4. It can assure you lvl 2 even 3 if combined with Champion Daughter and a good RNG with at least 3 to 4 delish. Beyond SSJ is better all around for combat builds, but this can give you some edge early on for an early lvl 2. If I go by my standards for combat oriented skills sets, I would say: Unconscious control>Beyond SSJ>Earth Delish>Special service.
the passive as just being in the back ground while your looking for cubes makes it ok it has helped me get level 3 faster a few times but as is its a side grade to the other power charger passive you at most get level 1 worth a charge each game. They need to buff this passive drop rate or charge amount needs to go up if they removed the cap for other passive and just made it a flat amount it would be better then delights and thats just sad
Okay I am going to be as objective as possible with this. I think this ability is not trash, it has it's uses, but if we are trying to use it and only alone, obviously it ain't going to fill your gauge full because that is not how it was intented to be used. It is meant to be used together with the drops of dragon soul you get from chest or crate, now the 10% I have felt it be lower but also higher, it is a passive that is rng dependent, is it the best? nah it ain't. That goes to landing nullification for season 2, in terms of passive. Now if used the way the developers intendent which again I mean it is promoting destroying object, as you get dragon soul and at times get the food, I promise you, you get your level 3 or 2 even faster than you would without it. But rng is a factor in all of this, it comes to a matter at that, I have gotten the dessert, multiple times, at times I have gotten up to the dessert after destroying all objects in a single cave. But again that is how rng works, the only buff I can see be given to this, is increase from 10 to maybe 20% simply because to avoid increasing the amount of dragon soul charge it gives so you only rely on food instead of the cubes. I will not lie for me it has become one of my favorites just because of that rng factor and I promise to you, it has come in clutch even only getting to the 4th level is enough in some games if used with the dragon soul cubes. I do feel you criticize how rare it is correctly, I agree there, but the way it was used it ain't the best alone and it is not meant to be the solo carrier and forget about dragon soul cubes. It is meant to work together to make it easier to level up and leave a bit more cubes for others. Still the end of the video shows how rare level 5 is with the dessert but again, you aren't meant to find it every game, only to get it right around the time you are near to get your level 3. And using it like that, I promise you it does get more uses and it ain't copium. But do not use this passive if you are basically trying to solo use it, use other passive, but if you have had a hard time leveling up, maybe then give this passive a try for a bit and see if you level up faster and then yeah. Again this is being objective and trying to get into a mindset of why does it work the way it does, and seeing your video just showed the way how I used it, made this passive look a lot better and I could see why I love it, seeing your video showed it's weakness and why some people hate it and call people using it with copium but to end this long objective analize, with this. RNG is the factor of many things and this one is the strongest case of being lucky makes this passive look better than those who are unlucky, and remember use the skills you like and prefer and if there are skills you have used that have help you then keep them if it works but remember there is variety and there are always options, only if your lucky with gacha.

World champion's daughter GUARANTEES charge and sodas whereas this ability is solely dependent on rng. Can it be good absolutely, can it be bad absolutely. To me that makes the ability mid as opposed to WCD which is guaranteed level ups. I think its a neat little passive with some cute effects, but to me it needs to do more. If they're going to make the food so rare then they need to increase the value of the food. Also personally, I haven't been in many situations where if I didn't have this ability I wouldn't have been able to level up, it could speed up the process, but at most times there are still remaining materials to pick up. Also this ability's usefulness decreases as the game goes on, more crates are opened and there's going to be less items to destroy anyway either because of area destruction or other survivors. So if it really helps the most early game, why not just use WCD instead? The passive that can confirm early evolution and get way more to boot. Of course to each their own, and if you enjoy the ability by all means, I just find it lacking. And its a shame considering how fun the ability can be finding food.
It might be just me but I am huess there might be a glitch where upgrading it is decreasing the chances of finding food. At level I had a way easier time.

Sure you can buy them for extra energy but if you are short on cash you have to wait. Or raider comes by and destroys the soda and energy boxes. It takes 0.5 seconds to remove them form the game and only need to worry about them during end game. Plus if I wanna make the situation even worse I can destroy the Supply boxes if I stay in a area I can easily blow it up and now the game is Unwin able for the survivors. Heck I can go even further and tall about how everyone can buy from those venders and leaving none left for you if things get incredibly tight. At least with the food you can actively reward yourself for playing the game and looking. It's a bonus and especially when you find big cubes and food at the same time. (sorry about the essay)
@Daimion99 while yes raiders can destroy machines they can't do it as soon as the game starts. Depending on the map and where you spawn you'll be able to take full advantage of the machines despite this. Having a 0.00000000001% chance to find items worth less than cubes imo will always be worse as opposed to zeni which is usable throughout the entire match beginning to end Depending on the situation. In terms of value I'd say WCD W, but that being said it's a shame they made original models for the food with all of them being mediocre, I would understand if they filled up your level considerably but it doesn't which is why it's not that great.

Even then, some vending machines can spawn as random capsule items, which is a way better chance than the Earthly Delights foods (and also makes them harder to be targeted by raiders, since they can spawn in caves). Like, if you're at level 0 or 1 by the time the Supply Boxes come down, you're very much not going to reach your lv 3 by that point to begin with, so this passive isn't going to save you anyway in those scenarios. Again, I can see why it could help in some situation...SOME, but it's very situational, since as we have seen it doesn't even really quarantee you a full D-Change lvl. It's just not that good of a passive, man.

It has it's own thing in the world of dragon ball and such, but there's some things i'm not suitable with in this game. -Gacha system (Rng BS) I Already know i'm not the only one going thru this, Nobody likes this gacha system. We grind this game to make 1 or 10 summons and we keep getting the same people over and over. I recently just spent 300k zeni on the goku family thing tryna get mid air jump. (A move from season 1) And for some dumbash reason, I got people like vegeta, Majin buu, Cell, Trunks, one of the androids. Like What the fudge?? It says Goku Family, Why am I getting people who aren't in his family?? And when I do get members of broski's family, I get the same moves I already had instead of the ones I need. this is madness because i spent 300k on 20 summons and i still didn't get it. -The Raider Spam There should be an energy bar of how much a raider can spam their ki blast. Because I can tell people is getting sick of getting caught easily just by having the opponent mash one button. -Unnecessary Nerfs They recently nerfed bulma bike right? So basically, the reason why bike got nerfed was because people on reddit was crying about how fast it was against raiders. Like Ok And? The Raider is OP anyways bro can still level up by going after citizens or whatever. -Leveling Up Active Skills Ok, Idk if it's just me or does the cooldown time on the passive skills feeling slow, because their be moments where I increase a passive skill from 10-18 and the cooldown time takes quite some time to recharge. -Grapple/Zip The only thing I wish for this passive skill is for it to respond faster. Because there be moments when I'm under attack and I'm pressing the button on the D-Pad to trigger grapple, I end up shooting my pistol instead and proceed to get caught by the raider. (That crap is annoying) Now I'm not tryna say this game is bad, it just need some improvements Because I know i'm not the only one thinking this. This game is still fun to play and I hope it gets better as season 3 starts to kick in. Goodness this was alot.😮💨
Man i aint reading all that, imo the grapple and bike is great where they are at. Not being able to break the raiders ankles at a moments notice must be tough though.
Ngl at times it can clutch. I had a game where it was completely bad I couldn't even level up to fight until the end of the game and if I had this I would have been able to at least play. Especially with a solid loadout it's not bad. It's a added bonus if you have good RNG with Big cubes and more you would be able to out level the raider and be more helpful down the line especially it just bodies Spopovich faster. Again RNG but due to you searching and moving it's a good bonus not trash but very specific

If the ability ever wants to see actual use, they need to buff the discovery rate. Level 20 should make it like a 25% chance total
The way I see it, either increase the value of the drops giving more charge, or do exactly as you mentioned.
