Oh ......the tune (and picture) reminds me of my last holiday to Australia. There is nothing so soothing and soul calming as sitting alone in the nature and looking to the horizon while the sun sets slowly and it gets a bit chilly after a nice warm day. If you have seen somthing like that (and you surely dont need to travel to australia for that) you will see the world in a different way.....

You can so far to what a I know about the mysterious GREEN FLASH. You can see them only a SUNSET when the atmosphere conditions are just right. Most likely in Florida. Southern California, Laguna Beach area. That's where I saw one at a bar looking over the Pacific Ocean. Its a very very rare thing to see. Happens in a brief second between sunset and the coming of darkness of the night.
Can you imagine at this time, space and matter what can be seen from the unseen. As the fading lite slowly goes beyond the horizon, out of know where very dimly you see the most wonderful experience in one's life to see, touch, taste the surroundings. THE WONDEROUS GREEN FLASH>. Has anyone out there have seen the GREEN FLASH>. I have seen it just one time, so far in the travels in ones life. Live well you space fans. I sometimes wonder if Eno had the crew of Apollo 1 in mind when recording this breathtakingly beautiful track. The recording is so powerful to me that I've had multiple dreams in which I can see the three men walking towards the launchpad in slow-motion, yet so full of life, with this playing. Its placement on the album is also significant to me - it's an "ending" that occurs less than halfway through. The Fire almost killed the American space programme - "Under Stars II" to me is NASA going back to square one after that night and doing some soul-searching.
