Love that Tiny hat... Its kind like she litteraly on "Beast Mode"
I thought I scoured the internet and found every Band-Maid performance in existence. I guess I missed this one. It sounds incredible.
Thats the defining line in Band Maid history. Whatever happened with Akane’s Tiny Hat then what happened after there was no Tiny Hat.
Classic Band-Maid...what a banger! Thanks for the reaction.
Unfair Game and Take Me Higher second line BAND MAID songs that show the power of this group.
This is my sentimental favorite concert video; it was the night before their first full album release and their excitement is palpable. Sometimes I feel like they haven't so much gotten "better" since as just doing MORE as time goes on.
Two second shots drive me crazy but sweet reaction as always Wave.
The clarity of the picture was great and this is another "quiet banger" that needs more attention paid to it. Mincho is on full-power wah-wah the whole way through. Interesting to see MISA finger playing. I never get tired of listening to this.
Thanks so much nice MV!
The song that starts with the evil riff.
Not just pre-surgery for Saiki, but for Miku as well. Many fans don't realize that Miku had the same surgery shortly after Saiki (within weeks, I believe). Despite this being when their voices were suffering, they both performed brilliantly here.
Miku' surgery was 10 days after Saiki's is my understanding.
This is not a banger. It is a solid gold hard rock ass kicker!! It's one of my all-time favorites and so underrated and underappreciated. This song should be playing on heavy rotation on American radio stations! Thanks Wave for another great reaction and showing love for this Gem! I hope you and your family are doing swell!
Mincho wearing out her wa-wa pedal. Neat !! Remember .... Achi hated that hat.
Kanami's tone is so raw and the gravelly Saiki voice - peak Band-Maid for me - young and hungry with a statement to make!
I like it
It was funny watching you react to band-maid for the first time. It was like you were standing on the edge of a very deep pigeonhole and somebody pushed you in. And you fell hard and fast
Kanami Hammett on that solo.
That was good......Kanami makes my toes wiggle.........lol
The Cult of the Tiny Hat! Is alive again!!!!!!
To me, what is rare about this song is that instead of being lost in the mix, Kanami is turned up to 11.
Pure Rock & Roll!
What???!! No Misa/Kanami conversation? Oh I am thinking Studio Coast
hey man i love your channel and your energy, you have to see a guitarrist called Marcin playing Baba yaga, search it like that in youtube, i would love to see your react, its my favorite guitarrist and that is his own composition.
Kool, but not the best version that was taken down years ago
Only 2nd time! Seriously? I recorded it & have it on my phone! Top tier Band Maid!
Did Kanami just throw four short guitar solos into one song?
I have the Studio Coast DVD from 2017 which is far superior to this, both in performance as well as production. Not sure why are so ooh and awe of this festival performance. Also the remake of this song on that disc is more fun and has a Misa call and response.
Maybe I'll upload some tracks so people can see. It's a rarity now.
I think all the performances from this concert had a little extra zip in the emotions of the band. I attribute that to the circumstances of that concert. And it was a solo concert, not part of a music festival.
Wave Mate!
Greetings from Shizuoka City on very wet typhoon day!
That song certainly lightened up my day!
Now that Gaijin Guys have gone somewhere I will have to visit you personally more from now on!
Keep on the good work!
Best regards,
Robert-Gilles Martineau
